Since right now she's the one looking at either eliminating Chuck when the new system is on line or at least sticking him in a secure facility as per what almost happened in the last episode of Season 1. Another possibility is the CIA General ("Graham" is what he was called in the Pilot) since Fulcrum is CIA-oriented, he might be the one since eliminating him would give Fulcrum more breathing room amongst the CIA infrastructure that is close to Chuck... With the exception of 'Lizzie' Fulcrum still thinks Bryce is the intersect. Certainly with a ‘spoiler’ like that, Beckman is a good guess. I was hoping she'd turn out to be Casey's mom (could you imagine Beckman reprimanding Casey because he got too close to "The Asset" and now can't do his job?). But if someone's gonna die in the first episode, it's gotta be her. She seems to be the only one who truly wants Chuck dead, and I have a feeling that she intentionally left Graham in the dark on this matter. It’s General Beckman.
