Sarah Won’t Scrub In for Finale

Despite having guest starred on Scrubs, Chuck’s Sarah Lancaster and fellow NBC actor Masi Oka (Heroes) were banned from appearing in the series finale, reports EW. Apparently NBC is still smarting from ABC’s pick up of the sitcom that appeared on NBC for 7 years and refused to allow either actor to appear in the penultimate episode.
”[Masi and Sarah] wanted to do it, but NBC said no,” explains Lawrence, who has never been shy in calling out his old network for its lack of Scrubs promotion and constant time slot changes. ”Typical classy stuff.” NBC declined to comment.
