  1. Well done
I thought the stunt work was exceptional throughout the season, so it is well deserved.

  2. It is rather amazing when you see some of the stunts that they are able to pull off – considering that “Chuck” IS only a TV show. Was there a specific stunt/part of “First Date” for which the award was given? I seem to remember in S1 it was for the AWESOME fall from the upper floor hotel room balcony of the “chaired and tied together” Chuck and Casey into the hotel pool. It’s been so long since I’ve seen “First Date” (and it may be a while longer if S2 DVD doesn’t get released SOON – HINT, HINT, HINT!!), I was just curious as to if there was a specific stunt that was cited in giving the award. Chuck getting dropped upside down, perhaps??

Anyway, kudos to Merritt. It’s quite an amazing accomplishment for the same show to win the award two years in a row. Here’s hoping for another in S3!! (and S4 and S5 and S6 and …….) 🙂

  3. We OWN THEM!!! GO CHUCK!!! YEAH!!!! 🙂

  4. The “First Date” was one of my top three episodes. The opening shot of Chuck hanging upside down, the fall from the roof,Casey’s catch, Casey’s drive through with the Fairlane and last but definitely not least Sarah’s fight scene where half the fight she is elevated above the evil doers head–great work. It is the best I have seen on any television series. See, there really does not need to be angst to have a really enjoyable episode. Ever wonder what Orion’s feeling would be if Casey had shot Chuck or put him in jail –I do not think the General would enjoy the predator calling on her. You can see all episodes from season 2 on amazon.com–unbox (or something like that.) Warning: Takes a considerable period of time to download or upload or whatever it is called.
