  1. Congrats to Zach and the whole cast of Chuck.
First Golden Tatertop awards from E!.com and now Ewwy. This is awesome. I hope that it will get more people to check out Chuck.
I have never met anyone who has watched Chuck and hated it, but I have met plenty of people that haven’t seen it, but once they have love it.
Getting this kind of exposure sure makes it more likely we will see a S4.

  2. Zach is fluent and rhythmic as ever, but I Don’t like his statement that Chuck and Sarah have to put their love on the ice, and that opens up other love interests,It makes NO SENSE , sounds bad…and just confirming everything we worried about before.
It’s unfortunate they are going that contrived and ridiculous way…I don’t think it will be beneficial for the show, quite the opposite.

    • Who had “third comment” in the betting pool for when this congratulatory post would turn into complaints about Charah? 😉

      • I’m so sorry, I didn’t put in some money myself(ehm…can’t…conflicting interests…illegal gambling)…:P

    • What we were afraid it will happen, more love interests and a remake of S1 and S2. 🙁
Let’s hope that the people will watch S3 and we will have a S4 but things are not looking good for Chuck. 🙁

    • sam totally agree shouldn’t sarah and chuck finally be a it enough is enough .

  3. Zach is always chamingly ADD, very much like his character.
I wish they had won (or were even nominated for) a real emmy, but congrats on the cute little ewe.
I think Gord is right. I think this exposure will generate more than enough viewers for season 3 to make up for the minority of viewers who aren’t willing to give the show a chance. I hope they do (don’t get mad at me padre!) but if they don’t, it’s their loss.

    • I could NEVER get “mad” at you! You’re too nice a person. I, as you are well aware, am among the frustrated, but I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON THE SHOW!! NO WAY!! I’m frustrated – but somewhere deep down inside I think all of this is to yank our chains, and that it’s not going to be as “bad” as some of us “shippers” are fearing. In fact, I’m hopeful that it will turn out to be good. It’s kind of like planning a party for Saturday and hearing the weatheman give little hints all week that the weather Saturday is going to suck. But you still hang in there, have hope, and the weather on Saturday turns out to be beautiful. I think that is going to happen with S3.

And I’m in complete and total agreement with you. If people don’t give S3 a chance just because of what they’re hearing in the spoilers and in the interview, it will be THEIR loss.

WATCH CHUCK, everybody! Angst, or not, the show ROCKS!

And so do ALL of you die-hard fans and web site hosters!! 🙂

      Peace, all!

      • Begging your pardon, I meant “weatherPERSON,” NOT “weatherMAN.” I’m showing my age!

      • Rick, you obviously are much nicer than I am–After watching “The Break Up” several times I am trying to figure out how “Chuck” can be called a good comedy. The comedy in it, especially Chuck’s problem with the wine-was not even funny–Chuck was much funnier in the “First Date” I think I read where Swartz has the last episode of Season 3 already figured out–Chuck will probably ask Sarah to marry him and she will say no–what would be worse would be “No, I am carrying another man’s child. and he is Superman” I Really do not think it would be beneath him, he would probably feel the angst generation would be good fun. I was not as interested in Chuck when I had “Life” and “Moonlight” to keep track of–I still consider both of those shows superior to Chuck.–However since Chuck is the only one of the three still around it is the one that gets my attention no matter how much they wish I was not around. I just have a problem calling anything a basic comedy that generates so much angst. The angst factor completely outweighs the comedy and adventure. To me, it is just something you have to get out of the way to move on to humour and adventure.. Chuck is so close to being a really memorable show. You are much better than I am at not getting upset–after all it is only a television show and the controller is close at hand. Castle also looks good to me and it starts in September–OOPS kiss of death.

  4. Folks, perhaps I was too subtle in my response to Alex: This is NOT a Charah post. This is a “congratulations Zac and Chuck” post. Please stay on topic.

    • Sorry! Seriously, a hearty and well-deserved congratualtions to Zach. He deserves this recognition and much more. Hopefully we’ll have MORE seasons of CHUCK and more people will take note and he’ll get the recognition he deserves – and by the way, Yvonne, too.

I don’t remember, but do they ever give awards for “Best ensemble cast?” If so, the cast of CHUCK should definitely be on the list of nominees.

Keep promoting the show everybody so that these great, talented young actors can get more “noticed” and so that we can enjoy their acting talents for years and years to come!

Kudos, Zach! And PEACE, all!!! 🙂 “Keep on Chuckin’!”

  5. Congrate Zach and Chuck. Maybe more people will notice the show therefore resulting in another season. woot woot 🙂

  6. Congratulations to the cast, crew and everyone involved with creating this show!! Both awards are well deserved.

  7. I just want to say what an incredible job the team at Chucktv.net have done in keeping the fans engaged.
You are getting great news to us much faster than we can get it at chuckmeout, and the number of comments being left with each news item/article is incredible.
I belong to the NBC message boards and they are dead compared to what is happening here on this site.
Mind you most of the more prolific posters are in purgatory right now, -including myself – (probably for mentioning Chucktv.net- I’m not quite sure why) or have been banned completely.
I really feel it is unfortunate that NBC can’t seem to put together a website this great for Chuck. I know they are trying with the Chuckmeout website, but it pales in comparison to Chucktv.net.
Perhaps because they are doing it for business, and Chucktv.net is doing it for love of the show.
    Keep up the great work.

  8. I think Zach Levi has to be the most appreciative celebrity I’ve ever seen. We all know how down-to-earth he is because of the many interviews we’ve seen him do, but I think this one takes the cake. It’s so refreshing to see someone so talented and so much in the spotlight take a minute to humbly thank the fans. I already liked watching Chuck b/c it’s such a good show and he is such a great actor, but now I’m willing to watch whatever he is in just b/c I know he sincerely appreciates his job. Go Zach!

  9. Congrats Zach and Chuck. For viewers are sure to come to Chuck now. Heres too getting a fourth season. 🙂 woot woot

  10. Here is something else to vote for:
Which returning TV show are you looking forward to seeing the most.

    http://remote.lohudblogs.com/2009/09/11/reader-poll-chuck-is-embarrassing-dunder-mifflin-losties/

Right now Chuck is wiping the floor with the competition, and there is a cute article with the poll saying just that.
Note: You have to scroll down a ways to see the actual poll and it is on the right hand side of the screen.

Lets get out the vote once again.

  11. There’s a reason that Zach won the EWwy for Best Actor in a Comedy. It’s the same reason that Chuck got renewed. Not only is Zach a good actor but he is also a quality individual and he regularly expresses his appreciation to the fans for their support.

In a day and age when many entertainers often act like it’s all about them, Zach is a welcome breath of fresh air. As Sarah tells Chuck “It’s not what a normal guy would do” so Zach does not seem to fit the mold of many “normal” entertainers today.

  12. Just on the eve of winning Ewwy awards for best comedy actor/best comedy, I noticed that Chuck is number 17 on EW’s list of best Cult TV shows ever.

I sometimes have a problem with people calling Chuck a comedy. It is so much more than that and belongs in a category all to itself. The romantic/action/drama/comedy/adventure/spy category or simply the most awesome show category.

Zach really should have won best actor in the most awesome show ever award, and Chuck for being the best of the most awesome shows ever award.

  13. I really have a feeling we will see Chuck on TV a lot sooner than March. I watched that new NBC show Community tonight. Is it just me or is that the saddest excuse for a comedy that has ever been put on TV? In my opinion, that’s one half hour they can free up on the schedule. All we need is another failed sitcom (Parks and Recreation comes to mind) and we have an hour that can be used for Chuck.
