Does anyone wonder if they will develop a love interest for Casey, maybe he is in love with Ellie? Notice that in all episodes, Ellie says “Casey is so sweet”, “our lovely neighbor John Casey…’. Doesn’t it strike anyone as weird how Ellie is the only one to see a different side of Casey? How Casey didn’t attend Ellie’s wedding, but he in often invited to their house?

Note the title of the episode. Chuck vs The Honeymooner. Who is on a honeymoon hmm? Chuck and Sarah on a train? Their “compartment” is mentioned? Interpol is mentioned? So Chuck and Sarah on a train in Europe in their own compartment? Would they go there? Would they actually gives the viewers what they want? I don’t know, just saying.

Perhaps if Casey gets in trouble this is Chuck’s opportunity to save him–Perhaps Casey actually looks on Chuck as a friend or even feels obligated to help Chuck’s romance with Sarah.

That’s why I said, that if she will ‘be’ with Shaw, that would make it out of character and will pretty much ruin her credulity and credibility.
Obviously Chuck has to follow the same rule with Hannah.

Sarah doesn’t “go” for people at all. She’s very emotionally reserved. She rejected Cole. Remember that she was talking about Chuck when she told Cole “when you find someone you care about, its hard to walk away.” She loved Bryce before she met Chuck, but was ready in the end to give up the adventuresome spy life with him for a normal life with Chuck. But I digress.

I think Alex might be a gung ho young marine that Casey mentors and teaches to relax and that its ok to bend the rules a little for the right outcome. That’s the direction Baldwin’s character has been moving in for some time since he was described as a “burnout” by Sarah in the pilot. I would love to see him keep someone else from going down that path.
