Friday Five: Sexy Spies

Inspired by the promo photos for “Chuck vs. the Final Exam”, this week we’re taking a look at some of the sexy spies that have graced our screens thanks to Chuck. This is, of course, incredibly subjective so my list probably is not going to match yours. In no particular order, here are my five:
- Sarah Walker – Um, duh? Anyone who can make a dirty wifebeater look that good belongs here. Whether she’s on a seduction mission, kicking bad guy butt, or attending a mission briefing, Sarah is just sexy.
- Cole Barker – Speaking of making a dirty wifebeater look good… He was a polarizing character, but his brand of MI6 was one I could buy. Swaggering, accented, and full of machismo, the fact that he genuinely liked Chuck kept him from being too obnoxious and made him hotter in my book.
- Carina – She was even sexier the second time around, don’t you think? Still gorgeous, but obviously caring about her friend Sarah. Hot.
- John Casey – The grunts don’t hide the sexy, man, especially when swooping in via helicopter or dangling through a ceiling on a rope to save the day.
- Chuck Bartowski – The progression from nerdy Everyman to sexy (but still nerdy) spy hasn’t been a smooth one, but since around 3.03, the sexy has become more and more pronounced. Confidence will do that to you.
Orion wasn’t technically a spy, so I couldn’t include him, and Roan Montgomery might have made Beckman blush, but his style of sexy isn’t mine. The Black Widow and Sidney were contenders for the list, but despite a strong start, Shaw has veered a little far into the creepy side for me of late. (Note: that is not an invitation to bash Shaw or Routh; comments to that effect will be removed for being off-topic.) Vincent didn’t really get the chance to be sexy, but I’ll bet he’d be on the list if we got to know him better. Who else would you add?

I’ve never seen him as sexy. I think he’s TOO gorgeous, you know? Almost unbelievably good looking. The back-to-back fight scene with Sarah was sexy, though.
If you watch White Collar one character mentions that. Something along the lines of “Has a women ever turned you down?” “Once in third grade”

His eyes are unbelievably gorgeous though. You’re right, he might be too pretty to be sexy. But he does bring the pretty.

Agreed! But i must say, i miss Chucks hair from season 2! This season it seems to be a fluffy mess haha.
I’m totally on board about Chuck’s hair situation, I miss the old look. Now it kind of looks like he styles his hair by wearing a bicycle helmet at night, a hair retainer if you will, lol.
Even as a guy I’m surprised no mention (honorable or otherwise) for Bryce. Ironically, as much fun as the series has with sexy women there’s actually been VERY few female spies on the show. You did miss Alex Forrest, btw.
Agent Forrest never did much for me. But Casey liked her.
Jill must count, right? Fulcrum agent. If we get S4, that’s a story I’d love to see. Assuming C/S as a couple, I’d love to see him explain to Sarah why he helped Jill escape while bad guys were shooting it out with her.
I’d say Chuck is sleeping on the couch that night, lol.
Jill? Hard to find her sexy as she rips Chuck’s heart out and stomps on it. Repeatedly.

If Sarah can do it and still be sexy, then Jill should also be permitted. Double standards aren’t kosher. Beside, Jill did no heart ripping or stomping in her last appearance. The same can’t necessarily be said of Sarah at the end of this last episode.
For female spies not on that list: La Ciudad was SMOKING. She was only on one episode early in the series, but it’s hard no to forget her. She was gorgeous when she was being good and totally sultry when she was being bad… and The Tango makes ANY woman sexier.
I have to second the motion that Bryce should have been on the list. I love Casey and all, but it’s hard (for me at least) to see him as “sexy”.
How could Roan Montgomery not even get a mention? The ultimate sexy spy, old James Bond school. C’Mon!! Give it up for a white dinner jacket and a single rose!
BTW: Old guys rule!

Ivana Milicevic would be in my top five. She was Casey’s love interest in season 1, Chuck versus the Undercover Lover.
Glad you mentioned Casey as he is now my favorite character besides Chuck and in my personal opinion Ain’t nobody hotter then Adam and Zac on this show.
I love Roan Montgomery. I agree with Agent52. Old, ehem, experienced guys rule!

Well, sure if I was a guy I’d probably agree with you, but I’m not.
Shaw’s so pretty he crosses into creepy.
Can’t remember her name but in season 2 she had the fake baby in the pram and the syringe loaded with poison that she jammed into her own neck to avoid capture. Creepy and hot at the same time! And the two ladies that Tyler Martin leaves Chuck alone with in “Third Dimension”: creepy and hot as well. Why am I finding creepy girls hot? Help!
Because creepy = dangerous….and that in itself is hot…

Casey is the sweet one with his grunts and like man who nobody can stop him is really cute
i hope he will play in season 4 , if there will be one!
