The Chuck season finale is rapidly approaching, and as I look back at the 15 episodes we’ve seen so far this season, and reach back to season 2, I have some questions that I’d like to see answered by the end of “Chuck vs. the Ring Part 2”.
- What is the Ring’s plan? They have attempted to acquire several pieces of technology, intelligence, and alternately tried to kill and recruit members of Team Bartowski. But to what end? I assume they’re trying to take over the world, because what self-respecting Evil Agency would do otherwise. Or they’re going to resurrect the space program. I don’t know.
- When will Ellie find out that everyone around her has some connection to the spy world? She’s a smart woman. She already knows something’s off, although she’s allowed herself to accept some pretty sketchy explanations for suspicious behavior. We know that she’s now been in direct contact with a Ring agent, one who targeted her and her husband in Africa. So, is the lightbulb about to come on? And just how angry is she going to be once it does? Or will she be mostly relieved?
- What happened to Orion’s wrist computer that he gave to Chuck at the end of season 2? Perhaps Chuck doesn’t need it now that he has the Intersect 2.0, but that was a seriously cool piece of technology. Did the CIA confiscate it? Did Chuck hide it behind another poster in his room? What if Morgan got his hands on it?
- Where has Papa B been for the last year? I know we’re getting the answer to this soon, but it’s still a burning question.
- Where have the Mamas Bartowski and “Walker” been for the last 20-odd years? At least we’ve had some references to Mama B and that she “left” when Ellie and Chuck were little, but not a word about Sarah’s mom? I think it’s time we dealt with some of the mommy issues!
These are the questions weighing on my mind. What are your’s?
What sort of intel did the ring steal from shaw’s disc that they uploaded to ring HQ
Shaw said that they had blocked all outgoing signals so the message never got back to the Ring. That is why they could stay in Castle.
Wouldn’t he have turn the discs over to the Ring after he turned?
I completely agree with all of those questions. I’ve been asking myself those questions since PapaB left :S hopefully some Q’s get answered 😀
Not just the Walker/Bartowski mothers! What about Casey’s Mum…or whoever he was speaking to in ‘Chuck vs the Santa Claus’? [‘Hello Ma; it’s Johnny boy…’].

This* so far everyone but Casey’s parents have been mentioned/seen except him.
1. Ring’s plan: Easy, to take over the world and destroy Team B who is the only thing in their way.
2. Ellie finding out about the spy world and her reaction: Ticked, but mostly frightened.Who can blame her?
3. Wrist computer: hidden or lost, maybe Morgan is the next succeser(sp?) to get it in the end.
4. Papa B is the most wanted man in the Chuckverse of course he couldn’t stay after the wedding he still has the Government and the Ring on his trail.
5. Mama B and Mommy Burton: I’m going for Chuck’s mom to be Ring (awesome twist) and Sarah’s mom dead or divorced.
Why would his mom call him johnny boy if his name was alex? hahaha looks like the writer never thought that one through.
1. What person from Chuck’s past is coming back in the finale?
2. Where did Mama Bartowski go when she left?
3. What is Anna Wu doing?
4. Who’s leading the Ring now that the Director has been captured?
5. Does Justin suspect that Devon is the spy like other Ring agents such as Sidney did, or do they know Chuck is the Intersect? Shaw claimed he didn’t tell them.
my most burning questions:
1. what will be Casey’s family’s reaction to him being alive and if they can accept it?
2. what does Anna want with Morgan and is she a spy?
3. will there be a proposal of engagement for C/S?
4. what will be the final outcome?
5. Will there be a happy ending in store?

Talk about a major twist. And major mommy issues. Yikes!
1. Ring plan is to rise to power to gain control and money. To live like the dictators and promote organized crime. Job securtiy for operation Bartowski.
2. Ellie would freek out and be very upset, but she is going to find out…. She is very close to Chuck and will become very close to Sarah. With her neurological fellowship she will become the one who will provide maintenance on Chuck Computer brain.
3. Orions wrist computer. Chuck knew Orion had to go back into hiding to he gave it back to his dad to help keep Orion safe.
4. Orion has been hiding working on the interactive eyeglass computer.
5. Mama B and Moma Walker, living a normal life???
My Questions,
1. Will Karina, Jack Burton, Mama & Papa B be at Chuck and Sarah’s Wedding.
2. Will Karina be exposed and Sarah’s Sister
3. When will C/S have Children
4. When will Casey be bitten by the Love Bug
3. Who will be the next great enemy after the Ring
Chuck and Sarah can not get married without Karina, Jack Burton & Papa Bartowski, who would call Chuck Schnuck.
I agree with all ur questions however I have 2 more of my own.
1.) Whats wrong with the intersect in Chuck’s head?
2.) Why is Anna back?

Wouldn’t it be great if they could get Lynda Carter to play Chuck’s mom!!??!

My guess is that Papa B didn’t give him the AC adapter and the battery is dead.
With the HUGE relationship emphasis lately – I don’t think anyone has really notice that the Ring is still part of the story. Although the Shaw arc revealed they are building a new intersect, and trying to destablize National Security … so that’s where I’d put my money.
I’d love to see Chuck assemble his own Weapons/Intelligence ‘TEAM’ – Manoosh, plus the phycho bomber guy and Jill – wow – that’s quite a formidable R&D team! – and throw Morgan and Casey into the mix as the project managers – and that cute little security guy from earlier this season too : )

Y’know? With the spoilers that I’ve read, It’s likely that in the finale the Buy More will be no more!!!! Dun dun dunnn. Could they actually torch the place and Chuck could become the boss of some other business with all the ex Buy More employees and his spy friends and another secret underground base. That would be awesome if a sad game changer.
I could see Big Mike doing scene like the end of the planet of the apes. if the Buy More dose blow-up.
1. Does Sarah ever wear the same negligee more than once? How many does she actually have? Why are they never hanging all over the place drying after hand washing in the bathroom sink?
2. Will we get to hear Chuck sing as part of a cover? Will Casey sing?
3. When will we see a Three Stooges tribute by Morgan, Jeff and Lester?
4. Where can I get one of those cool Ring phones without actually having to become a Ring operative?
5. Will the Shadow People in the Ring’s Intimidating Boardroom of Deflected Light be revealed? If so, who will they be?
The originality and, er. . . eccentricity of those questions was awe-inspiring. 😉

2. Before this season is over. See, Devon was bit by a mosquito just before the snake incident, and actually has malaria. This is what throws the ring agent off, thinking he was successful in killing him, but wasn’t. When Devon and Ellie are back home recovering and sharing pictures with little brother Chuck, he flashes on the ring agent and the team will need to explain to Ellie what’s going on, as she’s in mortal danger.
3. Don’t know, but I like everyone’s idea of it going to Morgan.
4. Working on a new intersect, as this one has bugs. These bugs will be the center of the next ep.
5. Some how involved in the spy game. Any chance Beckman is someone’s mommy?
I would second all your questions except #3, to be replaced with: Will Casey have any more interactions with his ex-fiance and daughter, and in what situation?
We know the Ring has targeted them before. What are the chances they’re truly out of danger?
I think the Ring is equivalent to James Bond’s SPECTRE an orginization of evil organizations – remember Fulcrum was only part of the Ring. And they seem to have a board of directors that sit on that dark shadowy boardroom table thing.
I think it would be interesting if somehow Ellie got into the spy world by the Ring tricking her into thinking Chuck, Devon, etc. are somehow the bad guys. So for a while, she’d be working against them thinking she was helping the government.
When I saw chuck using the wrist thing I thought it was a cheesy plot device kind of like Cousin Oliver on the Brady Bunch.
Papa B has been searching for Mama B?
For Sarah’s mom and dad to be apart, either she died or she dumped Sarah’s dad ’cause he’s a con-man. But in that case I would think she would have kept Sarah with her. So maybe Sarah’s mom is a badder apple and dad took sarah to protect her from mom and mom is in jail – but that’s a pretty dark story. Maybe sarah’s mom and dad were working a con together and mom got caught and is in prison…where she got recuited by the ring somehow and rose up the ranks to be a super baddie (that’s kind of juicy – imagine the woman who played George Costanza’s mom on Seinfeld as a Ring baddie or better yet Casey’s mom)…steam of conciousness….
This could be just a throwback to people being separted by a common language thing but I’ve heard a number of references to “cheesy” before when speaking about sentimental/melodramatic scenes is this a reasonable interpretation of the phrase.

OK, this is off topic but the most important question to me is whether Chuck will get a 4th season. It would be a shame to answer all these questions in just 4 episodes or—horror—leave them unanswered at the end.
As for C/S getting married—get a grip! They just started dating; let’s not rush them into anything too fast. A fourth season with them working together and getting to honestly know each other and gain more appreciation for each other would be most fun. Especially for the Sarah character, who I think needs to be deeper before I can truly see Chuck and Sarah as equals. But I definitely do not want to see them get split up as a couple.
that is a good question really never really thought of it! and as for the C/S getting married i dont mean now just like somewhere in the future would be cool !
I would prefer to keep the fact of Sarah’s mother kind of a secret, because it is simply not relevant. It is nice to have SOME secrets in this spy oriented show. But all of the other questions seem quite valid. I realize that Ellie will most likely find out about all of the spy stuff, but all that I can hope is that is in a more graceful way than Morgan or Awesome’s experience.
I want to at least hear something about Sarah’s mother! And to see Mama B in the flesh.
I think Fedak hinted in one of the interview that Ellie can not find out about Chuck being a spy.
In an interview with Y/S, they asked if the viewers will ever learn or see anyone from Sarah’s past and She said maybe next season.
The Ring 2? I’m thinking two things.
1) Casey’s daughter is going to get married or engaged
2 It’s a continuation of RING 1 but in Papa B side. I mean we only got to see what happened with Team B so maybe they will show us what was happening with Papa B while they were trying to rescue Bryce. We might even find out what exactly was in that intersect and why Bryce thought it was so powerful

I don’t think Alex is engaged or going to be married. Makenna Melvin who plays Alex is supposed to be in her teens sixteen at least. Remember a child?
I heard Zach Levy say at a convention board that Ellie and Morgan not knowing was not sustainable. At some point it would wreck the relationships. (Can’t remember his exact words). So I thing there are plans to let her know. I say itis about time, it is getting silly!
I also am suspicious of the sudden announcement that her specialty is a neurologist.
There’s only one question that I really need an answer to:
Will Chuck be renewed for Season 4?!!!
