Oh, and it may not be Chuck who’s sleeping on the couch. It could be Awesome, it could be Morgan, etc…..OK, it’s probably Chuck.
Could be Col. Casey sleepin on the couch with Alex commandeering his bed. . .
What we can gather from that is:
Chuck forgets his and Sarah’s anniversary, she finds a briefcase thinking her present will be in there but it’s not so Chuck is forced to get her a ring but on the cheap…Cubic Z…to make it up to her, she finds out it’s not real, takes control of the house (Coup d’Etat) and kicks him to the couch.

If this episode is partly about Chuck being forced to sleep on the couch then shouldn’t the title be called Chuck vs. the Couch? Let’s not forget that there is ‘look’ in the title so it could apply to something else.
(Maybe Ellie is being all preggers and lying on the couch a lot. Thats a wild guess.)
All I know is that chuck better not be on the couch for the same reason he is in the picture ^^^. That would piss me off….haha(: well then again the producers did say that there would be no more chara drama this season and that they are together…still… It better be a different reason..
Let’s not even go there. That would piss me off also, as well as the entire fan base. I try not to think about the first 8 of season 3.

No, that’s 4.03.
As Chuck writers love the double meanings, it could be anyone sleeping on the couch, or even multiple relationships on the rocks.
Also, nothing ever came of the 30-foot rule from Chuck vs the Role Models — could be an issue of couches full of guns.

Maybe Sarah is gone for a few weeks on a mission and Chuck is worried/missing the spy life and he descends into couch Chuck. Maybe that is what it will take for Ellie to see he misses the spy life and should be back doing what he loved. I’d rather imagine that then our fave couple fighting.

You know what, that’s a very good idea. It would certainly be easily tolerable. And compared to them fighting, that is a great alternative which I think would work out better for the episode.
Good one! i think the idea will span for a couple of episodes. Could be the theme for the 1st half of the season.

Actually, they can. My fav WKRP memory is Les Nessman doing the traffic copter report.
Could be Chuck and Sarah are going shopping for a new couch and Sarah is looking for one not condusive to gaming, so they are arguing over the look of the couch. Morgan steps in as their theripist and saves the day.
Chuck on the couch when it was originally his and Morgan’s apartment? Oh the irony. Still Sarah is likely paying her share of the bills by now, right?
I’m also thinking that Awesome could be sleeping on his own couch by this point too, especially if Ellie is pregnant and not feeling all that well.
Mel – In today’s Ausiello Files, the title is shown as the “Couch Lock”, not the “Couch Look”. Which is the right one? “Lock” makes sense if the weapons that Sarah stores in the couch are under lock and key.

Yes, Ausiello posted the title last night, as we noted here. The title for 4.06 has not yet been released.
If Chuck has the beard again it may mean an extended separation—which I am not interested in at all–there still seems to be a fair amount that Chuck does not know about Sarah—-birthday–mother–Sam (which is still a mystery to me as to why she told and has never talked to Chuck about it.
