NBC is airing a new, brief promo that incorporates Chuck and new Monday night series The Event. Take a look:

So, how do the Nielsen ratings work at the end of the hour? If someone were to tune into The Event a little early, consequently watching the end of Chuck, would that have any effect on Chuck’s ratings? The Event looks very interesting, and I can see it doing well, at least the first few weeks.
