2012 In Review: Vik Sahay, Scott Krinsky, & Mark Christopher Lawrence

In addition to our usual Chuck Year in Review feature, coming later this month, we thought it would be fun to take a look at what some of the Chuck cast and crew have done this year following the end of the series. See the complete round up here.

The men of the Buy More have been keeping busy this year following the wrap of Chuck‘s final season. Here are some highlights of 2012 for Big Mike and Jeffster.

Mark Christopher Lawrence focused on his stand up career in Southern California, performing multiple shows in San Diego and Los Angeles. He also starred in two stage productions in San Diego, A Raisin in the Sun and Top Dog/Underdog, both of which were nominated for multiple awards by the San Diego Critics Circle, including outstanding male lead performance in both plays for Mark.

Mark had guest appearances on Glee as high school glee club member Unique’s father and on Lab Rats for The Disney Channel. In July he met up with fellow Chuck cast members for a couple of panels at Nerd HQ during Comic Con. He’s currently in pre-production as a producer on the feature film The Chronicles of Rick Roll.

Keep up with Mark on Twitter and Facebook.

Scott Krinsky spent some time exploring South America as well as traveling around the US performing improv and stand up. His buddy movie, Tandem, was featured at several film festivals and won Best Comedy at the Malibu Film Festival.

Vik Sahay spent his year filming the horror movie Wer in Romania (coming in 2013), a guest spot on Bones (airing in early 2013), and the pilot for Satisfaction for CTV (Canada). He also filmed the Canadian independent film My Awkward Sexual Adventure which was a top 10 selection at the Toronto International Film Festival and has been picked up for distribution in the US.

This year he also celebrated the release of [easyazon-link asin=”B005LAIH9A”]American Reunion[/easyazon-link], in which he had a supporting role, and returned to San Diego for a Chuck reunion at Nerd HQ during Comic Con. Find out what’s next for Vik by following him on Facebook.

  1. You lump them all together? Still? Sad. Especially considering Vik has done more work than pretty much anyone in the cast. Or at least as much. High profile, leading work.

  2. Not offended personally. I do feel Vik Sahay is on to very big things but also feel these three never got the individual respect from the show that they deserved. And now here too post-show. Merry Christmas!

  3. Always found this site and Mel very supportive of all of them, Vik in particular.
