Support Sarah Lancaster in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Sarah Lancaster is participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Anaheim in a couple of weeks, in honor of her grandmother, Joyce, who passed away in 2010.

The Walk is partially to raise awareness and partially to raise funds for research to find a cure. Sarah’s team has almost reached their fundraising goal, thanks in part to Chucksters on Twitter and former TV hubby Ryan McPartlin, but I think we can help blow through the goal and raise even more.
