NBC has posted the Chuck panel from Comic Con 2009, minus the JEFFSTER! performance (licensing issues). This video will only work the U.S., so apologies to overseas fans for that.
Grab a beverage and a snack, and settle in to watch. If you want the true Comic Con experience, go stand outside for two hours, starting about 2 blocks down the street, and slowly walk to your house. When you get to your front door, let out a cheer and walk quickly (but don’t run!) to your computer, jostling imaginary people on the way to make sure you get the best seat.

While we sort out our own photos from Chuck at Comic Con, the professionals have been getting theirs up on Wireimage for us to view. A handful of photos from the panel are up, plus some from the Wired and EW/Syfy parties. If you have photos you’d like to share, send them to mel@chucktv.net along with how you’d like to be credited.

With only a month to go until Comic Con, Warner Bros. has released some details about the Chuck panel. Here’s what we know so far: the Chuck panel will happen on Saturday, July 25, most likely at 10AM in Ballroom 20. Confirmed attending are Josh Schwartz, Chris Fedak, Zachary Levi, Yvonne Strahovski, Joshua Gomez, Ryan McPartlin, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Vik Sahay, Scott Krinsky, Julia Ling, Sarah Lancaster and Adam Baldwin. We’ll see a retrospective highlight reel (nothing from season 3 since they won’t have begun filming yet) plus “a special surprise from some of your favorite characters!” Can you say Jeffster concert?!? Also, Chuck cheerleader Alan Sepinwall will be moderating the panel, so you know it’s going to be extra awesome.
Liz, siskj and I will be there covering the Chuck-ness live. We plan to organize some sort of get-together for Chuck fans as well, possibly Saturday night. If you’ll be at Comic Con and are interested, leave a comment so we can get a feel for how many people want to meet.

As fans of NBC’s critically acclaimed show CHUCK continue to rally behind the show and ask NBC for a third season, a star-studded lineup from the cast and creative team came together to thank the fans for their efforts on Chuck vs. the Podcast leading up to the season finale, airing Monday, April 27th. From London, New York, Toronto, and Los Angeles, they were all eager to reach out and share their gratitude for the fan campaigns, excitement about the finale, and passion for the show.
“The grassroots campaigns to save CHUCK have been nothing short of remarkable,” says series lead Zachary Levi, calling from London. “It means so much to know that the fans are doing so much to keep the show on the air.”
Adam Baldwin, who plays gruff Colonel John Casey, expresses his gratitude as well. “I think the campaign by the fans for the renewal is very helpful, and I appreciate all the support that’s out there.”
The cast and creative team gave a few clues about what to expect in the season finale as well, promising an episode that will thrill fans and whet appetites for a third season.
“It’s going to be epic,” promises Joshua Gomez, who plays Morgan Grimes. “Whether you’ve been watching the whole time or not, you’re going to get your money’s worth. I think people are going to be really excited when they see it.”
“The finale is going to be a game changer,” teases Ryan McPartlin, aka Captain Awesome. “The finale is going to get the fans’ mouths watering for a third season.” McPartlin also discusses his excitement at fan reaction for the penultimate episode of CHUCK, and how he plans to join the fans in the campaign for a third season.

Watch Scott Krinsky in “Kidnapped By Craigslist”

Head’s up LA fans! Scott Krinsky (aka Missle Command champ Jeff) co-stars in the play Kidnapped by Craigslist, playing in Los Angeles at The Elephant Lab Theatre and running through December 20th. Intrigued? Here’s the premise of the play:
Want to buy a couch? Find a date? Complain about your roommate? Your boss? Your sketchy neighbor that sleeps in his doghouse? Kidnapped by Craigslist is a relevant and unique new comedy that explores the carnivalesque, cult-like phenomenon that is Craigslist. Combining actual postings from the website with scripted material and live music, the play tells the true stories that are locked inside an online community that has shaped and inspired today’s internet generation.
If you do get a chance to see Scott in this production, we’d love to hear about it!
