Chuck season 3 comes out on Blu-ray and DVD on September 7, theWB.com is hooking us up with some of the extras. Check out these deleted scenes, which show Casey grunting at Devon’s attempts to achieve Zen and Morgan consoling Chuck about both Hannah and Sarah. Also on theWB.com are interviews with the cast and crew as they recount season 3.

Zachary Levi stars in a new web series from Joel David Moore, Byron Phillips: Found. It’s not your typical Funny or Die video. Byron has lost his soul. Literally. After a near death experience, he watches it walk away from his body. Byron is left searching, finally finding it in the most peculiar of places: following the girl who saved his life. VIDEO: Zac and Yvonne Present Teen Choice Award

Zachary Levi and Yvonne Strahovski presented the Choice Athlete: Male award at the Teen Choice Awards, engaging in some rather amusing banter ahead of time. It’s a double rainbow of epicness!

NOTE: Due to time constraints, Zac and Yvonne’s awards were not presented during the broadcast, so there is no video of that happening. They do refer to it during their presentation below.

Watch the NBC Primetime Preview (UPDATED)

NBC produced their annual Primetime Preview to introduce new shows and highlight returning favorites. It’s arranged by day, which means Chuck is up first! Most of the scenes are from last year, but we do get one brief glimpse at season 4. Take a look:

Chuck At The TCAs: Yvonne Strahovski & Nicole Richie Girlfight?

Kristin from E! grabbed the Chuck gang at the NBC TCA party and got some juicy stuff out of them, including Zac’s fear of his new mom, JEFFSTER! getting pregnant, and Yvonne Strahovski setting up a kissing booth, with Nicole Richie, at next year’s Comic Con to thank fans for Chuck season 5. Wait, what? You just have to watch.

VIDEOS: Ausiello Interviews the Chuck Cast at TCA

Missed this over the weekend, but it’s a must watch! Ausiello from EW caught up with the cast of Chuck at the NBC TCA party Friday night. Up first is an interview with Zachary Levi talking about Olivia Munn’s guest spot, working with Isaiah Mustafa that day, and the new Buy More. After that comes Yvonne Strahovski being serenaded – twice – by Scott Krinsky, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Vik Sahay and Robert Ryan McPartlin, in addition to further hijinks. Yvonne with the boys – this needs to happen more often!

We don’t post Chuck fan videos very often, mostly because there are a LOT of them, and You Tube has it covered. But this one deserves to be singled out. It’s a new twist on recapping Chuck that’s creative and funny and, well, just watch!

Zac & Josh Talk to Collider About Chuck, The Hobbit, Tron, E3

Collider caught up with Zachary Levi and Joshua Gomez at the Saturn Awards last week and had a nice chat about everything from Chuck season 3 to Tron: The Legacy to The Hobbit to E3. Of particular note is that Zac confirms that they begin filming Chuck season 4 on July 19, the week of Comic Con.
