I also agree with TWD; I always thought she retrieved it after she was cleared of going rogue at the end of Colonel. I know I would have.

you are absolutely right.In American Hero I remember it now...we see the porsche when she arrives at the warehouse.

Well, from Chuck's pay packet in 2.22, we can assume that in the Chuck universe, spies make a pretty good living.  We really haven't seen Sarah spending money on life's "necessities" such as a house, food, etc, so what else is she going to spend that accumulated wealth on?  It's not much different than my own experience with deploying to a combat zone.  I get a slight boost in pay with my combat pay package, but spend significantly less money while deployed.  I've known soldiers who have saved upwards of $40-50k while deployed for a year.

The bigger question of course is how a Wiener/OO employee can afford a fancy car. It seems to be OOC for the cover. She should have something closer to a Ford Escort in order to fit with her cover.

Well, Chuck commented on that in 1.02 - vs The Helicopter. Something about the Wienerlious paying really well.

I thought you were perhaps referring to something said in the show or by a showrunner. As far as her explaining why she has a Porsche, she could always tell people it was a gift from a family member or maybe even an ex-boyfriend.
