The "Stubborn" sign was already shown in Best Friend so either one of them is a coincidence or its multipurpose!

Edit: Actually, looks like the "Don't stress" sign was also used before (see first page of this thread). So yeah, they obviously reuse some of them when appropriate.

I don't really think it is a hidden message but there was a funny sign in the Beverly Hills BM in Predator. There was a sign that said "We are happy to help you spend your parents money" or something like that.

Looks like this may be foreshadowing something big. Road Trip and Quality Time is exactly what Chuck and Sarah need.
