Casey realizes the Matrix might be beyond the Toyota Service dept warranty.   Maybe a new one then?

Or the fact that Casey's afraid they're cover may be blown. Since, this might be the 5th nerd herder that's been destroyed :D

Was watching Vs. The Suburbs again and caught these two:

The buy more crew tries, unsuccessfully, to convince Big Mike to continue to lie to his date.~27min

"Michael, my son works here"~39min

The "Stubborn" sign was already shown in Best Friend so either one of them is a coincidence or its multipurpose!

Edit: Actually, looks like the "Don't stress" sign was also used before (see first page of this thread). So yeah, they obviously reuse some of them when appropriate.

Chuck vs. Predator

Spies as plumbers is another ode to "Brazil".  Harry Tuttle (De Niro) was a spy who was a plumber/electrician.

In lethal weapon when Chuck calls Casey and tells him that he has found Busgang and tells him sometimes you have to be a hero there is a sign next to Casey with 'personal nerd' on it :P

At the end of "vs. the Best Friend", during the Jeffster performance, there are three signs behind Chuck and Sarah as they first walk up.  They read, "Road Trip", "Quality Time", and "In The Zone".

I don't really think it is a hidden message but there was a funny sign in the Beverly Hills BM in Predator. There was a sign that said "We are happy to help you spend your parents money" or something like that.  :D

Looks like this may be foreshadowing something big. Road Trip and Quality Time is exactly what Chuck and Sarah need.

That was in vs. the First Date.

In 'Chuck Vs. The Marlin' during Casey's questioning Morgan regarding the whereabouts of the fish (actually Marlin) and after Sarah is locked inside the freezer.

Edit: The time-stamp for this is around the 30min mark.

Also would this thread be better served in "General Discussion"? There is an "Inside Jokes" thread there that is very similar to this thread.

"You really get into our freezers" rofl  ;D ;D ;D
Season 2 Episode 16, Chuck vs The Lethal Weapon
Agent Cole Barker: (referring to Chuck) He was also injured in the line of duty.
Casey: He got clipped by a window cill. It's as pathetic as it sounds.
