This is another example of the showrunners leaving it to the fans to figure out the solutions to the glitches. It's a bit frustrating at times, but it's also one of the show's charms.

Just a minor detail that doesn't need any screen time for an explanation.

I used to get bothered by these things when I started watching the show. After a while I realized it was due to the fact I had been watching too many "true to life" type shows (ie. CSI, Law and Order etc).

A lot of the "true to life" shows aren't all that true.   I know (from experience) that a lot of the techniques shown on those shows do not work as fast as they appear to on the show. 

One other thing I noticed in a rewatch - a parallel between Chuck and his father - Orion's statement "I did it all for her."  Why he became a spy was because of Chuck's mother - and Chuck became a spy because of Sarah.

I have listened to the end of the Ring part 2 several times. Is there anyone else who thinks that the voice talking to Mama Bartowski is that of Langston Graham?

One other thing I noticed in a rewatch - a parallel between Chuck and his father - Orion's statement "I did it all for her."  Why he became a spy was because of Chuck's mother - and Chuck became a spy because of Sarah.

To go along with the parallel idea, I'm beginning to wonder if Orion sent Mama B away to protect her, and something happened that their contact severed.  And once the kids were old enough to fend for themselves, he took off to look for her.  On the flip side, I wonder if Mama B even knows that her family is still alive.  They could have told her they were dead, and that is why she never looked for them.  Wondering if Sarah's charm bracelet is going to play a bigger role next season.  .

The setup with Mama B on the phone  is worth some thought. She looks like she is in some high class office. She is well dressed and has a nice phone. She doesn't look like someone who is being held against her will. The suggested move is presented to her as if she has some measure of control (she is being told rather than taken). The whole setup looks government to me. That might suggest a witness protection type program.

One thing about the bracelet that Mama B is wearing is intriguing. She makes a bracelet of the broken necklace but only keeps the girl piece and Papa B had the boy piece. It may mean nothing and just a convient way for Chuck to make the connection.

But were the guys in 3.09 CIA infiltrators?  I don't think so.  Just becaues you're Ring doesn't mean you are CIA also.  Now, if Justin knew of Castle, he could maybe get in, as he has CIA credentials. .if his clearance was high enough.

Clearance is not the only thing that matters. In reality, in order to have access to classified information you require the appropriate clearance level and a need to know.

Thats what we are saying, bacause Sarah is responsible for the combined intelligence agencies data in Chuck's head and it gets actively used in missions and well she sleeps with him is there really anyway to prevent her having access to all of that highly classified information without effectively giving her carte blanche.
