Thanks! Here's the shot of the white gloved Lester & the Charlene character I had in mind.

Chuck vs the Plan B - Part 3 of 4
Charlene reached in her pocket and looked at her phone. Time had passed, but not enough. The display started flickering uncontrollably. It must have been nearly three years old, and had held up considerably well.
If she didn't have to remain invisible, she would buy a replacement phone here. It was always "duty first" however.
This mission narrowed her options to either the LargeMart next door or to another Buy More where she would have to omit her usual Buy More uniform.
She had been putting it off because she knew LargeMart wouldn't have what she really wanted, and for a mission with seemingly not much to do, she hadn't been left with much spare time. She felt herself settling for a lesser choice.
"At least", she consoled herself, "the required 'upgrades' will only take a day or two." She carefully slid the phone back into her pocket.
She looked back over in the direction of the home theater room.
Morgan was no longer giddy. Jeff and Lester had abandoned him in the face of danger.
The angry voice of Anna had caused him to look terrified. Charlene had been watching her earlier.
The slight limp and the location of the bruises on her leg were a sign of combat training.
It was probably better for Morgan not to know what could really happen to him.
She surveyed the rest of the store - nothing extraordinary. She turned her attention to Michael.
Maybe that assessment wasn't entirely true.
Charlene studied his pose for a moment before making her choice: Casual Scenario 5 - leaning against a display, looking slightly down, and front right shirttail almost untucked.
She felt a bit bad for him, he was trying so hard to seem relaxed.
She found Agent Michael Fairman's meticulous nature appealing. It was his attention to detail and not his tall slim build with the nearly blonde 80's hairstyle that made him stand out to her.
His Nerd Herd uniform was always neat and pressed, and his work area no less organized.
In many situations a meticulous nature would be what would allow an agent to remain undetectable and alive.
The Buy More unfortunately was not a meticulous environment.
Here, his strength was also his Achilles heel.
From what little she knew of his background, it was the same story during his training. His potential had allowed him to rapidly advance through the program, until he struggled with the deception and seduction portions.
She tried to picture how he had been "integrating" with his Buy More coworkers during the after-hours poker games.
His near daily poker face had to have made it difficult for his competition to read his hand.
Perhaps not - maybe he had learned to smile. She had been fortunate enough to witness him come alive; once as the DJ of last year's Buy More holiday party, and once as the thumb war referee during the GLG-20 sweep.
On today's shift he was her partner.
Charlene wondered what it was about Graham's plane crash that had caused Beckman to double up the agents at the Buy More whenever Bartowski was scheduled to work. She chuckled at the thought of the General growing attached to anyone.
Beckman had recently appeared more agitated during briefings.
How was Charlene and her team expected to operate effectively without necessary additional intel? What wasn't she being told?
There just weren't enough pieces to complete the puzzle.
The daily scan for all known CIA/NSA listening devices between Buy More displays had only been picking up those that Agent Casey had been installing.
On record, the primary team always had one or more members on duty when suspicious visitors were on-site.
There hadn't been anything for the "Plan B" team to do.
Why was all of this necessary?
She fantasized about the kind of mission Agent Walker and Analyst Bartowski must have left to join Agent Casey on.
Her imagination painted colorful pictures, far more adventurous than waiting in a retail electronics store.
Her fantasy began to fade.
She knew it was her intermediate-level experience that likely barred her from qualifying for this type of team.
It was her development as a spy that she felt wasn't progressing.
She sighed heavily.
As whiny as she knew it would have sounded out loud, it just didn't seem fair not to be a member of the primary team.
After all, she had been installed at the Buy More nearly two weeks before either Agents Walker or Casey had showed up.
She considered Analyst Bartowski.
If there was anything about her dream coworker trio that a bit seemed off, it was that Chuck appeared to be the odd duck of the team.
She imagined that even Michael, with only two previous solo missions under his belt, might have had more relevant experience.
She thought about it a little longer. Her first instructor would have cut to the chase: Agent Walker had visible beauty, Agent Casey had visible brawn. What visible value did Chuck bring?
This was likely the question that she revisited in her mind the most.
A question that she knew she would never get permission to ask directly.
A question separated by an invisible firewall between the primary team and hers.
Beckman early on had made it abundantly clear that Walker, Casey, and Bartowski were not to know the existence of "Plan B". The members of "Plan B" were to remain in the background, generally avoiding contact with and staying off of the primary team's radar. Visiting the Weinerlicious, and recently the Orange Orange, were strictly forbidden.
Charlene furrowed her brow a little. Compared to the operation's current conditions, it was only the very beginning of this that had made any sense.
She been instructed to wait at her Buy More post for an important delivery. Her superiors had neglected to inform her of what it was, or how and when it would arrive, but she was to be on alert.
Two days later, her solitary post became upgraded to a three person "team".
A team that she felt was currently being watched.

For fun: "Plan B" members Charlene on far left, and Agent Michael Fairman on far right, keeping watch over Analyst Bartowski during his Buy More shift.
