Chuck 5-2 not available on Hulu

Could not catch this week's episode on Friday Night. For some reason Hulu only has episode 5-1 and there is some disclaimer on Hulu about ongoing negotiaitions for content rights. Even NBC is only showing 5-1.

Anyone have news on why or whether Chuck Season 5 episodes will be made available (legally) to US residents?

Has anyone heard any news why no Chuck episodes are on Hulu or NBC.com?

As I said above, as soon as we have some news, we'll post it.

Sitting Duck:
Not only HULU, but on demand here in Massachusetts. So basically, if we miss an episode, we're out of luck. Seems odd that it is taking so long to work out those details. I have never owned a DVR but perhaps it's time to invest.
