I didn't see Sarah lean on after the break.  To me it looked as though she just sat there.  As for telling Chuck to kiss her in the first place, I would think that if it was the only solution suggested for getting her memories back, good or bad, she would give it a shot.

She would have to want it and be willing to risk getting back into a relationship with this Chuck guy. I (and others) see that her willingness to try this is a big leap of faith.

I am not going to waste space going over all the things that suggest that Sarah is getting her memories back slowly (actually more quickly when she is exposed to Chuck), that she feels "something" in 5.12, tears on the beach etc. I think there has been a great deal written about this, and clearly you don't find it to your satisfaction. That is your opinion (and choice) and that is fine. What we see as evidence you don't and I don't think that is going to change. Medcally this discussion would come under the "yes, but syndrome". Any individual observation can be refuted, but there are a number of observations that, when taken together, seem, to most of is it would appear, point towards one conclusion.

I don't see any evidence because there is no evidence to see.  When the observations are wishful thinking and an overactive imagination they are not in fact observations.  Two good examples is first the one that Sarah was lying in the vs Sarah episode when she said that she didn't feel anything and the other is that she leaned forward to reinitiate the kiss with Chuck.  There was absolutely no indication that she was lying and she did not lean towards Chuck to reinitiate the kiss.  It didn't happen.

I see, I have seen the light. There is none so blind as one who will not see! The TPTB set out out to deliberately destroy Sarah's character and leave her a hopeless shell of her former self. And leave us with a hopeless ending.  Anything we think we see regarding her getting memories back, being moved by the video log, finally asking to hear "her" story, and demanding a kiss form Chuck is irrelevant.  They did not show us anything which could lead us to think that she had any interest in rekindling her relationship with Chuck, and as a result she got up and left for good after the kiss and Chuck, in a fit of despondancy took off his clothes and walked out into the surf never to be seen again.  This makes complete sense and I am surprised I didn't see it before. :o
I am still confused as I could have sworn she was crying when watching the video logs, and by definition must have been feeling something, as a cold hearted spy, to be moved to tears. I guess not.

She watched the video logs and cried about what she had lost.  But as she herself said, she didn't feel anything for Chuck.   By every indication imaginable she wasn't lying.  If she were, WHY?

By the way, did Fedak say that Sarah remembered everything? No.   Did he he say that Sarah had her feelings for Chuck restored? No.  He said that there was a "spark of hope"  A spark, not a flame, not an infernal, a spark.  That means "maybe".
