I saw this on SFGate.com. The blogger is Tim Goodman and he was at the NBC roof party after the TCA's concluded NBC's portion. He has this to say about Zac:

I don't know if anyone here watches Smallville, but it's one of my fave shows. I swear Tom Welling and Zacary Levi look almost a like. They have the cute hair going and Chuck would wear those plain red/blue shirts. Both are just sooo adorable.
