  1. I get that “Skinny Love” is a good song but why has it beat out so many other songs? It was such a sad moment when Chuck broke up with Sarah, she was crying. I don’t want that moment to win.

    • It was one of the most powerful moments in the show’s 5 seasons, and although it was a sad moment it was one of my favorites because of the way the song was used, the amazing acting from the two and the amazing lines used. I can quote that entire scene 😉 Plus its one of my all time favorite songs 😀

    • The saddest moement in the entire series was scored with Rivers and Roads though. The sadness is just very well camoflaged.

      • In your opinion, Mark. For many of us, it wasn’t sad.

      • I could not agree more, I thought Rivers and Roads was a beautiful song for a beautiful moment that marked the start of a new begining for everyone’s favorite couple.

  2. Keep in mind that this is definitely not a competition for the best moment, or even the best moment & song, this is a vote for the best song. Ever since hearing Skinny Love on Chuck it has been my favourite song and will continue to be for a long time.

    • But actually the premise is to find the best song as it captured the moment. While the moment could certainly be sad as long as the song captures that moment, and I do agree “Skinny Love” is a good song, I think there have been better songs and better moments captured. I think “Rivers and Roads” says exactly what the moment is portraying, it is a great moment.
