According to the casting call https://chucktv.net/2010/01/29/spoilers-episode-3-16-casting-call-title/ Some of episode 16 takes place in the symphony which is where Morgan appears to be sleeping. Maybe Casey tranqued him?
I know Chuck has a special brain and all, but having an intersect in your head must give you issues. I’m suprised he hasn’t shown any symptoms thus far.
