Good for Yvonne. Really do action movies do the well at the box office. None of Jason’s movies have done well at the box office. Plus it depends on when it is released and what movies are out at that time. I guess we will have to wait and see when they release the movie.

I think we would all like to see here finish her 6 year contract on Chuck and maybe a renewal. I also think it is great that she is getting more film roles (as someone mentioned above it allows Yvonne to show off what a great actor we all know she is and maybe get a little bit more attention for Chuck :-)). It would be nice however if she would get more film roles here in America as she would get more attention if that was the case and would give her even more reason to stick around and keep doing Chuck.

I hope the role does not taint the Sarah Walker character–good to hear she is finally in something with a big budget–wonder if her boyfriend is still tagging along–my first interest is Chuck but I wish her the best

Being someone’s love interest is not the same thing as carrying a feature film. This is great news for Yvonne, but probably nothing that would lead to her leaving Chuck overnight.

The Sarah Walker character is vital to Chuck but Yvonne needs to keep working and we are not sure Chuck will even be around. I have seen a few of Yvonne’s films as well as some film clips–hopefully she will be in a better position to pick her parts–I have not cared for any of her movie work I have seen-not because of her but mainly the storylines and her costars. This may be a big break for her, I hope so–of course I would like to see Chuck take up at least the entire 6 years of her contract.

great news for yvonne and her followers.it was about time.she has the looks,she can act,she is smart…what else did she need to become a first class actress;
i am not worried about her future in chuck though.i really hope that chuck gets a 4th season so that her name rise to stardom and fame.

In reply to myasset. Perhaps not the best example since Katherine Heigl did make a whole hullabaloo and left Grey's Anatomy this year to be with her family and work on feature films. But to me it seems Yvonne genuinely loves working on Chuck and if it's working for her to be on Chuck and movies in the off-season, I say all the power to her!
