Since syndication would benefit WB and not NBC, I think it depends on how bad WB wants the 100 eps. If they’re willing to give NBC a price cut in order to get the 100 eps for syndication, I think the chances of a 5th season greatly improve.
]]>Somehow, I think it’ll feel more like a month.
]]>Ever since the 11-episode back order was given, I’ve wondered if the producers and NBC could work out some sort of deal regarding season 5. A normal full-season order of 22 episodes would bring the total number of episodes to 100, which is considered the magic number for syndication. This could potentially bring the producers a good deal of money in the future, so perhaps if they cut NBC in for a small portion of any future syndication deals, NBC would be more likely to give a full-season renewal up front.
]]>not just more eps more months too even s2 didnt extend 8 months
]]>It’s not a sweeps month, so most shows will be on hiatus/in reruns until the end of April and into May, which is a sweeps month.
]]>Yes, the show was given an extended back order, 11 episodes instead of the traditional 9, bringing the total for season 4 to 24 episodes.
