Hey does anyone know the song towards the end of “Chuck vs. Operation Awesome” before Chuck is saved from Sydney by Shaw? Is it Tim Jones composition or a song not written originally for Chuck?

these were the ones i bought almost immediately after watching the episodes but my chuck playlists grow whenever I rewatch episodes….I am the point where if i watch old seasons i can sing along with all the background music
