I think that they are looking at Chuck doing something adorable, probably playing with Clara. Sarah sees it and I think she is definately considering her future. Her mum sees it and she sees how happy her Daughter is.
In my opinion the secret is that Her mum owns a nationwide restaraunt chain as aluded to in Vs Balcony and so therfore Sarah is rich in her own right. When her parents seperated she rebelled against her mother and went off with her father.
I really hope that this show is not going to do something like Sarah losing a preganancy as Tv shows rarely show it honestly.

I am not sure how you got that Sarahs relationship with her mother is a cover as that is not what is alluded to in the article. Unless you think that she is not her mother and that this is all a lie, I dont understand
