In addition to our usual Chuck Year in Review feature, coming later this month, we thought it would be fun to take a look at what some of the\u00a0Chuck<\/strong>\u00a0cast and crew have done this year following the end of the series. See the complete round up\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

By all appearances, Joshua Gomez had a quiet year, at least professionally. His Twitter feed has references to Mass Effect 3<\/a> and Borderlands 2<\/a>, so the geek remains strong in him, but he’s also been busy creating independent movies.<\/p>\n

Josh co-wrote and starred in a movie (or possible pilot) called Buds<\/strong> alongside his brother Rick Gomez, and familiar Chuck<\/strong> faces Mekenna Melvin and Mercedes Masohn. The project follows brothers Donny and Frank, owners of their own medical marijuana dispensary in the Valley, as they go on a search for a special blend requested by a gorgeous customer.\u00a0A trailer for the film is available on YouTube<\/a> (warning: NSFW).<\/p>\n

He also co-wrote and starred in the short film Money Shot<\/strong>, a comedy about two friends running an unsuccessful adult film studio in the San Fernando Valley. The raunchy comedy\u00a0also stars Scott Krinsky. A trailer for the film is available on YouTube<\/a> (warning: really \u00a0NSFW!). Both movies are looking for distribution deals, but could be hitting theaters soon.<\/p>\n

Josh hit up Comic Con this year as well, joining his Chuck<\/strong> family for a reunion at Nerd HQ<\/a> and spending time with fans.<\/p>\n
