Following Rachel Bilson’s guest turn last season, Melinda Clarke (The O.C.<\/strong>‘s Julie Cooper-Nichol) is set to appear in the second episode of the season, playing Sasha Banacheck, a she-devil whom Chuck can only defeat with the help of a legendary womanizer (and former spy) played by John Larroquette.<\/p>\n

In other casting news of the Clarke kind, Michael Clarke Duncan (The Green Mile)<\/em> will appear in the season premiere as a villian who likes to dangle Chuck out of windows, in addition to other nefarious past times.<\/p>\n
