  1. As a Canadian we got to see it last night and it’s an excellent episode, the best IMHO so far this season.

  2. I watched this last night on CityTV, here in Canada, and I only have two words: F****** AWESOME! The only thing I regret was that I watched it on the Vancouver feed (I live in Alberta), and thus it was 11:00 when the show finished. I was so hopped up on adrenaline by the time the show was over that I couldn’t go to sleep for hours! Seriously, I heard Yvonne say the episodes only get better, but I don’t see how they can get much better than this. Don’t miss this one!

  3. I also watched it last night here in Canada.
If you only see one episode of Chuck this season (like that’s going to happen) – this is the one you want to see.
Everything was close to perfection in this episode – the comedy, the action, the drama, and even a little bit for the shippers.
Also at least in this episode I found the Shaw character rather intriguing. I think in spite of angst-type spoilers, the Shaw arc will be good – only time will tell.

If you can, you are also going to want to record this episode so you can watch it again and again.

  4. Did anyone else in the US have trouble with the sound tonight? I was not able to watch the show because the sound was messed up. Just wondering if it was a local problem or national. Looks like a great episode.

  5. what was the song playing in the background in chuck season 3 episode 4 when that guy is telling chuck to shoot him in the cia building????

  6. The sound was messed up for me as well. I’m getting it over the air to a digital tuner an to surround. The voices (center channel) were hard to hear.

  7. This episode was my favorite so far this season–so well-crafted. Loved Captain Awesome having a more integral role, and loved the ‘fight club’ at the Buy More,…(I hate to overuse this word, but it really was) AWESOME…..!!!

  8. I have a theory about why Chuck keeps on having problems around these Ring agents. Whenever he is around an agent with one of those weird phones, he can’t flash. What if the weapon from the second episode has been miniturized and put into Ring phones as a precaution since they couldn’t get the Intersect out of CIA hands?

  9. I have a theory as to why Chuck wasn’t able to flash on the skills needed to beat Sydney’s men. When he was being held in Mexico by Javier, he wasn’t able to flash then either. In both instances there was a Ring phone present. I think the weapon from the second episode is something that jams the ability to flash and has been made small enough to fit in a “phone.” Any ideas?

  10. TV by the numbers reports that Chuck’s fast overnight is 4.7/11.

Finale numbers tend to trend up from the fast overnight numbers I believe, so I’m thinking that may bump up to 4.8

This means that Chuck’s core audience has held steady since it’s premiere even against Fox’s return of House and the 2nd day of the 24 premier.

Heroes could not hold on to the viewers and dropped to a new season low of 3.2, below even Jay Leno numbers of 3.4

BTW, I think we should all write in and ask the WB to include the Honda commercials in the Season 3 DVD/Blue Ray release. Morgan and the moose was priceless!

  11. The episode was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!
