TV Guide has a synopsis for episode 3.14, “Chuck vs. the Honeymooners”, which airs at 8/7c on April 26:
An adventure awaits Chuck and Sarah in Europe when they encounter Spanish spies on a train. Although lacking any backup, it’s full steam ahead for the couple when they try to derail the spies’ agenda. And an odd-couple spy team emerges: Casey and Morgan, who set out to help Chuck and Sarah.
NBC should be releasing their synopsis soon, which might give us a tiny bit more information. Sounds like a fun episode!
Updated 4:40PM: NBC just released their official synopsis which gives us a few more clues:
Chuck AND Sarah GO ON A EUROPEAN ADVENTURE – While in Europe, Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) and Chuck (Zachary Levi) realize they’re traveling on a train with Spanish spies. Even though they’re all alone, they decide to take on these rogue agents. Of course, this impromptu mission doesn’t go smoothly. Meanwhile, Beckman (Bonita Friedericy) orders her newest “unlikely†spy team – John Casey (Adam Baldwin) and Morgan Grimes (Joshua Gomez) – to track down the missing couple. Sarah Lancaster, Ryan McPartlin, Scott Krinsky and Vik Sahay also star.
its bound to be interesting, what i really want to know is why sarah and chuck were on the train in the first place and where were they going? eloping? and whats with the rings?
and casey and morgan are goin to be totally hilarious!!! cant wait why does it have to be 3 weeks?!!!!
probably taking that trip around europe they were destined to take since the beginning of season 2.
looks like we will see the future of team B in this episode with Charah and Corgan lol.
sounds like this episode could be a really fun one to watch, bound to be a must see for the shippers.

Unlikely spy team in the synopsis made me laugh, seriously comedy gold between those two. To think of the adventures our heroes will have now in the Back Six. Can’t wait
What a great time to be a Chuck fan. Last episode was Epic, this episode sounds perfect. Based on the promo clips this may turn out to be my favorite episode ever. April 26th cannot get here fast enough. 🙂

If the title of ep 19 (“vs. the Ring – Part 2”) is any indication, the rings they’re wearing in ep.14 will likely be mission props.
But they were on the train WHEN they realized they were traveling with Spanish spies. So how could they get the rings while on the train?
Well if you remember in Chuck Versus the Suburbs, Sarah kept the wedding ring that the CIA gave her, so I’m assuming she just brought it out again…
Or I could be completely wrong and its a new ring and they eloped…
I just watched the the promo and the clip from vs. the honeymooner, and the scene where they kiss & chuck is in a robe is definitely on the same train as the clip where Sarah fights (from the decor, lamps, and wall paneling), but she doesn’t have a ring on her left hand when they kiss. In the clip though, she has the ring on. Same episode, so I don’t know the time line for the ring is but they probably didn’t elope, as they are on the train in both scenes.
I’ve never been so excited over a synopsis before! I wonder what the wedding rings mean…
I’m with all of you. I can’t wait to watch this episode. Morgan and Casey together as a spy team…. I see trouble a head. I don’t even think they’ll like it on the train.
I’m already laughing thinking about what antics Corgan (cute name, don’t tell Casey though lol 🙂 will make up with.
Hope Chuck didn’t propose another vacation like before. Man up Chuck. Mr & Mrs Smith here we come. Casey will be tested to the limit with training morgan.
I for one hope that Chuck and Sarah have married. No need to leave this knot untied. I was so disappointed in Chuck at end of season two to weasel out and just ask Sarah on a vacation. Now he’s offered to “spend the rest of his life with her.” I say – seal the deal. Holding my breath for a REAL honeymoon. Besides – Sarah has never had a true identity (con man dad kept her switching aliases) She can relish truly being Mrs. Chuck Bartowski, that’s real.
I’m trying to think of another explanation for the rings other than marriage. I don’t think they should get hitched just yet. The wedding of Chuck and Sarah should be saved for the series finale.
It is hard to image any kind of traditional wedding for Chuck and Sarah. It seems out of character for these two, especially Sarah since she has no family in the picture (that we know of), and so eloping makes a bit more sense. On the other hand, it is fun to speculate. For example, in a traditional wedding who would “give Sarah away”. Perhaps Casey! That would make me laugh.
We know she has a dad who presumably could re-materialise if needed. We also have a hint about a sister who may or may not really exist. In the “Wookie” ep in season 1, C&S, Morgan & the Awesomes are playing “Know Ya”, and Sarah mentions where she and her sister mistook baby oil for suntan lotion, sat in the sun and wound up looking like two “Blonde lobsters”.
I love how they use the word “couple”. It sounds so official and sweet 🙂

I’m a bit disappointed on the last episode. The scenes were Chuck asked about Sarah’s feelings and Shaw’s death should be bigger than that. But the story’s great anyway.I’m soooo looking forward for the next episode. Hi to all Chuck Fans from the Philippines!
If you expected Sarah to say ILY, she isnt ready yet. As you saw in the scene it was hard enough for her to say “Yes.” And Shaw getting gunned down was pretty EPIC. What more could you want? ;o)
There should have been a great battle between chuck/casey and the ring ops. No, yes is enough but it should happen in the more epic place.
If the Spanish spies happen to speak with an Spanish accent (instead of the usual Mexican), I’m going to throw a Chuck party for everyone in this side of the Atlantic 😉
So they should be using the ceceo? Like “Barthelona” as the Ring director said in the elevator. I think they’ll manage.
Ceceo is when you pronounce an “s” as “th”, so Barcelona pronounced as “Barthelona” is the right way to go 😀 (indeed, the Ring director pronounced it perfectly). The problem is not only the sounds but the intonation, which is quite plain in Spain but more musical in LatinAmerica.
Living in spain, this is something that bugs me in many US shows. I still remeber that episode in Alias where Sydney goes to Malaga (which looked suspiciously like Tijuana) and some Spanish policemen with thick mexican accents try to stop her. Dear god, it cant be that hard to hire actors that are “real” spaniards in the US, can it? :p
Most Americans wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between a Latin American accent and a Castillan one, so really what is the point?
Imagine two “picoletos” (nickname for Guardia Civil, a spanish police corp)… with andalusian accent!!!! LOL
This synopsis make me very excitied, it seems to contain everything that made me love the show, comedy,action romance, and drama.

As much as I would look forward to a Chuck-Sarah wedding, I can’t imagine Chuck eloping as friends and family are too important to him to not have them part of that special occasion.
I’m guessing the rings are part of their cover as they spend some time seeing Europe. As for taking off together, apart from the spy life, that possibility will need some clarification now that they are together. In other words, is Sarah still that set on leaving the spy life behind now that she and Chuck are finally together? Also how would they get very far off grid without Casey finding them? It happened before and will certainly happen again.
So cool! The expanded synopsis mentions Casey and Morgan being ordered to retrieve the “missing couple”. What is it with these two and “running away”? Seems to be a theme that has popped up time and again since they went AWOL in Barstow late last season. Nice to see that they’re going on that Eurorail trip that Chuck wanted for them as far back as “the First Date”. And of course they encounter spies during their downtime. They seem doomed to a life where business and pleasure will be constant companions, which should make for great storytelling. They should have got underway with this stuff a lot sooner and spared us the Shaw/Hannah rubbish.
@Doc Bob, mind if I call you doc? I think though Beckman will/might send Corgan after them to arrest them, Arresting Charadice will the farthest thing from the guys minds after all they are all great friends now, of course they would be after going through so much together. Corgan would go after them not to arrest them but to help them in taking down the bad guys. Cause at Team Bartowski, you have to be willing to break the rules at times, go off the books, risk the wrath of Beckman, all because you believe in getting the results no matter what it takes. Some one should write the Team Bartowski law book. I know the gang has done a lot over the seasons defying beckman and taking risks for each other. Sorry long post. 🙂

I’m a bit confused… what rings are everyone talking about? I’ve watched the promo a few times now and I didn’t notice them. Is there a different video that I just didn’t see?
