Rachel Bilson is currently only scheduled for two episodes. Josh left his answer open-ended though, so it sounds like she has the possibility of returning.

Josh says scenes of Captain Awesome shirtless is only fair because there were so many scenes with Sarah in her underwear. Also? Morgan, shirtless, is coming up.
Although he declined to say whether or not Chuck and Sarah kiss soon, he did say that fans will be very satisfied by the Chuck-Sarah-Rachel Bilson love triangle.
