To help promote the campaign, we’re running a giveaway to reward the loyal viewers who participate. There are five ways to enter, which means you have as many as five chances to win!
How to Enter
- Post a comment below stating that you’ve written a letter to NBC.
- Post a link to the campaign on your blog/Facebook/MySpace/whatever and leave us a comment with the link.
- Twitter about the contest and post a link in a comment.
- Use the awesome campaign graphics that Chad created in some form – this can be used in conjunction with option #2 – and leave a comment below with a link.
- Post a comment telling us which Subway Footlong you purchased for the finale (you can send a photo to mel@chucktv.net with your Footlong if you want to be featured on the site).
The Rules
You MUST include a working email address with your comments so we have a way to contact you. Entries must be posted by 11:59PM PST on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 – the day after NBC announces their Fall lineup and we find out Chuck‘s fate. This contest is open to residents of the Planet Earth. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries, and notified via email.
The Prizes
One (1) grand prize winner will receive Chuck season 1 on DVD; a Chuck comic book; the highly sought after, enormous Chuck swag bag from last year’s Comic Con; and a Nerd Herd t-shirt (size L) from TheWB.com!
Two (2) runners up will receive Chuck season 1 on DVD to keep or share plus a t-shirt featuring the WB logo from TheWB.com.

For the first time in my life, I’ve cared enough about a TV show to do something to try to keep it on the air. I have written two letters to each Ben and Angela (on with Nerds, one without), I have emailed my friends about watching the show, and I have and will continue to support Subway, especially in the Finale and a Footlong campaign. Hopefully all our efforts will pay off!
I wrote my letter tonight and I’ll mail it tomorrow. I’ve never done anything like that and I don’t think I ever will do it again. But I really like Chuck. 🙂

Other things I’ve done: made a deal with a co-worker that I will watch one of his shows if he watches the Chuck season finale.
I’ve also convinced most of my family to purchase a subway sub on Monday and fill out the comment card for chuck. I also intend to bug my co-workers about it

1. I’ve sent several letters to all of the network execs, but have also been sending one postcard each to Angela Bromstad and Ben Silverman everyday for the past two weeks. Each one is different, some totally home-made and some actual postcards tweaked a bit to be Chuck-centric, with notes, quotes from the show, and other pro-Chuck messages on the back. I’m not a terribly creative person, and I’m certainly no artist, but I’ve made an exception for these- I sent off quite a few before I started taking pictures of them before I sent them, but the last few days worth are here: http://s307.photobucket.com/albums/nn301/Rococoms/Chuck/ , including the newest one where I took the Buymoria flag from the spoiler video’s of next weeks episodes and turned it into a post card.

Doing everything I can to save Chuck!
I sent letters to both Ben Silverman (Co-Chairman NBC/Universal) and Angela Bromstad (President of Primetime Series NBC) explaining why Chuck deserves and the fans crave a 3rd season and told them I will buy a footlong on Monday. I’ve been telling everybody I can about the Finale and a Footlong campaign for April 27th. I can’t wait till then so I can get some footlongs and watch an amazing episode! In order to assist Chuck im getting a third season, myself and many of my friends have submitted over 40 letters. I also bought two copies of season one, pre-ordered season two and am going to buy 20 footlongs for my finale party. I really hope the show gets contined. I bought tickets to ComicCon solely so I could see the cast and producers of Chuck. I also hope to one day be on the show! Haha even if that means being a random extra.

I have emailed NBC, joined their opinions group, posted on my facebook page, sent wedding invitations to all my family and friends, joined the twitter Save Chuck campaign, and emailed Subway to let them know I will be supporting them with subs for the whole family on Monday for the Finale and Footlong campaign! Our family loves Chuck, and we can’t imagine it being cancelled when things are just starting to heat up!! SAVE CHUCK!

on Wednesday of last week and we already have over 1000 followers – cross linking other campaigns like the WB, SaveChuck, ZL.net, ChuckTV.net as well as articles, contests, ideas etc.
I first printed out tons of postcards (filled one out for Ben, one for Angela & one for Subway), and pre-postmarked them then had people fill them out. Sent letters and nerds as well.
I purchased Season 1 (and preordered Season 2) on DVD through Amazon. Am sending receipts to NBC on Monday along with my receipts from “CHuck vs. the footlong”
I’ve been streaming Chuck 24-7 on hulu in two separate windows.
Joined & actively commented on the Facebook campaigns.
I am eating Subway Monday 4.27.09 for lunch & taking all my coworkers with me. We’re filling out comment cards & mailing in receipts. I’m also buying Subway for my fiance’ and i both for dinner!
I hope we can save this AWESOME show!

I sent three letters to NBC and emailed NBC with links to articles that have overwhelmingly positive comments about Chuck. I helped my daughters with a letter to NBC that featured a picture of Ryan McPartlin and the message: NBC: We want you to be Awesome…Can you be Awesome and Renew Chuck? We’ve eaten lunch at Subway several times, have saved receipts and will be mailing them along with our April 27th receipts from the Finale & Footlong campaign. I’ve posted positive comments about Chuck at Entertainment Weekly, the Save our Show survey and elsewhere. We stream the latest episode on Hulu several times during the week and already own the Season 1 DVDs.
I’ve written a letter to Angela Bromstad at NBC, as well as sent an e-mail to Subway thanking them for their support and telling them that I’ll be participating in the Finale and a Footlong campaign tomorrow. I talk up the show all the time in real life and on Facebook, I’ve gotten others to watch the show and lent out my DVDs.
