Its amazing to see how many campaigns have sprung up for the sole purpose of keeping Chuck around. To know that our show evokes that kind of support within our fanbase is overwhelming. On behalf of our entire cast & crew, I personally want to thank each and every one of you who has taken up the fight. And I ask that if we are blessed enough to provide you all with another season, that you would fight just as passionately as you are now to spread the word about the show to those who haven’t given it a chance yet.

Updated 4.21.09: Zac sent the following note to Zachary-Levi.com thanking the fans and reporting on what he’ll be ordering for the Finale and a Footlong campaign on April 27th:
As I sit and wait for news of our collective fates to be handed down, I am nothing short of amazed to see the amount, and type, of support that we are receiving from our tried and true fans out there. The ‘Finale and Footlong’ campaign is an absolutely spot on idea, and best way for you to show NBC exactly how you feel. It’s like they say, money talks. By supporting one of our major advertisers, and utilizing the opportunity to fill their suggestion boxes with your passionate thoughts, you will be making your feelings known in a real and powerful way. I’ll be right there with you, ordering a Turkey Breast on wheat with all the fixins. That is of course until they offer the Bartowski special. 😉

I had never actually followed a series before, in fact I had never even finished a series, despite having watched quite a few on and off. When I first heard of Chuck I thought it sounded cheesy, and that the commercials were not very appealing, but one odd day I sat down, watched an episode and was hooked. I have since seen every episode and waited for every monday at 8 pm to watch the new episode. The only other shows I have watched in their entirety have been Firefly (which suffered a terrible fate, one which I hope will not become of Chuck), and Entourage. I personally know six people who follow the show (though sadly none of us are Nielsen families), and we would have no reason to trust NBC ever again if a show of such quality is cancelled. It may not get the best ratings, though I often question the Nielsen ratings system, with all of its flaws, but I also believe that the sales and internet/Hulu views for the show will vastly make up for the average ratings. I also wanted to mention that it plays on a tough time slot. Finally, NBC will be able to draw plenty of people with a crap show like dancing with the stars, or singing with the stars, or dating with the stars, or painting with the stars (I predict it to be a huge hit, though FOX already bought the rights), or NBC could pick the right road and side with people who have enough focus to follow a plot in a TV show now a days (we really are the smarter viewers, and therefore more likely to be able to afford DVDs… on a total side note).
Love that Zach will be along side everyone else ordering a Subway next Monday in lieu of the cause.. Thanks Zach!
I have ben following CHUCK from day one. The promo that I saw on NBC before the series aired got me interested in watching it. And from that first episode I was hooked. Now to even think about going a Monday without watching Zach and Yvonne and the rest of the cast would not be awesome. I hope that NBC will keep the show going. When anyone comes to my house while the show is on sits down and gets into it. The comedy action and romance is great. I would love to see the series go just as long or longer than ER. I love the much wanted love between Chuck and Shara. And when they almost hooked up lastnight I was so exited. Yvonne is a very beautiful and talented actress who has a lot going for her. Zach has done some good work as well in Big Mammas house 2. Adam B is a very good actor as well he did good work in Indapendince Day ( Is the glass bullet proof?) it sounded something like that. All and all the show is great everyone has great chemistry and I just can’t get enough of it. CHUCK is the reason that I stay at home on Monday I love the cast and the story line. Thank you Zach for being such a class act- it’s one thing to like a show, it’s another thing to know that the person you’re watching week in and out is a genuinely good guy- we’re rooting for you just as much as we’re rooting for all of CHUCK.
Zach, thanks for your devotion to the fans. It is great to know that there are still actors out there who love what they do and remember how they got there. We appreciate your work and the way you entertain millions. I’m hooked to Chuck. Never been hooked to a show like this in my life. I’ll be eating a $5 footlong on Monday.
Hey Zach, I think we all appreciate your devotion to your show and your fans. It’s great to have actors like you. I just loved the last episode with you and Sarah. 😀 Well I am of course going to buy a footlong from my hometown in Germany, Hamburg as I am half Brazilian and German and do not live in the US.
