What We’re Doing

Probably one of my favorite episodes. Loved Chuck and Sarah’s first real kiss
Truly, this is an extraordinary episode no matter how you look at it (furthering the plot, romance, Casey’s great lines), but it does have one drawback…I wanted the ‘Loser’ pizza made after Morgan to become a real pizza. Sbarro already got some nice air time, but imagine how much more business they would have gotten if they had created the pizza. Just a random thought. Fantastic episode and thanks for the Comic Con coverage!!
ooh, I so love this episode. Rachel Bilson is damn hot. It’s a fantastic episode. I will surely watch this twice, once on wb website and once on bluray, yay.
Oh my goodness, where to start with this episode?! I love it. Love it. First of all, it’s hilarious (I want Chuck’s 80’s guitar pin!). Sarah’s jealousy over Lou is strangely adorable to me. And, of course, there’s the kiss. Oh, the kiss. It’s just perfect. One of my favorite episodes.
I love this episode! So much great Chuck/Sarah stuff. Of course, there’s the kiss, but I think my favorite scene is them locked in the trunk! “Shut up, you’re sucking up all the air!” 🙂

Ah, this episode was amazing. I can never over how well Yvonne is able to pull off her expressions – she doesn’t even have to say anything, and you still know exactly what’s going on in her mind. The ending was heartbreaking, and a great setup for Nemesis. Loved it.

I am not normally an overly shippy person but the whole bomb scenario with Chuck and Sarah?! Full of intensity, heat, sweetness and plain awkwardness. What a strange mesh of things for a scene to be! And Yvonne is so lovely. Really, you could stare at that chick all day!
But I gotta throw out some Casey love because Adam Baldwin is awesomeness squared. Every time he grunts I just have to giggle. :p
Good gosh I love this episode it is a classic with Chuck as the heart breaker it’s is almost hard to believe that Chuck was almost canceled, it was quite amazing what everyone did to help support the show. This is the only show that my entire family sits down and watches.
Oh I love this episode, it’s truly one of my favorites, and my favorite line “our vast height difference intrigues me…” LOVE THAT! Can’t wait to watch it again tonight. Hey I was in Denver this time last week, though not at the airport, but we were watching a Chuck Marathon of Season 1. 🙂
This is such a great episode! I actually watched last week (I have the dvds) ‘cuz I just couldn’t stop with where “The Truth” left off … but of course I will watch again tonight! Chuck Me Mondays was a GREAT idea to (help) tide us over until the new season starts (*SIGH*) …
i just read that season 2 is coming out Dec. 15. That seems kinda far away but at least we will have in time for the holidays.

I love the scene where Lester asks out Sarah. I almost wish she had agreed to go out with him, to make Chuck jealous.
What can you say about this episode? It has “the kiss”. This is one of my favorite episodes. Still not a fan of Rachel Bilson’s acting though.
I saw that chuck bag and looks so cool. So I guess bbt and chuck are both by wb? Didn’t know that. I really love the fact that Sarah is the one to go I’m for the kiss on this ep. An when will these two get together!

This was the first real time where Sarah gets jealous over Chuck. This is also the pinnacle start point of the series where Sarah is stuck between “normal” guy Chuck and “super” spy Bryce 😉

Great episode, love the episodes where Chuck has other love interests, just adds to the Chuck, Sarah relationships.
The promo for the episode was awesome. It showed Chuck and Sarah kissing, and then it said that it wasn’t the biggest twist yet.

oh, sarah is just too much woman for lester. she’s cracking up as he walks out the door.
“Is it me or does this government never want me to have sex again?” Best line ever in this episode!!!
Good solid episode, though having Matthew Bomer as a guest star kind of gives it away that he’s in this episode.
The Sarah/Lester scene is amazing, though I laughed harder at the blooper scene, and obviously the kiss is huge in the story with Chuck and Sarah, all good things.
“no idiot, it’s so you can get lady.” poor sarah just looks like she swallowed her tongue.
sarah “i haven’t fallen for chuck” casey — “just so we’re clear i’m not interested.”
ohh, continuity gaffe: the mike chuck chucks goes in the drink. next scene, it’s on the tray.
chuck can’t make up his mind; on the one hand he doesn’t want to go on missions; on the other hand when casey mentions the delivery at the dock, chuck ask if they want him to come. casey: yeah, if the crap hits the fan we could use you, chicken-neck.
chuck to morgan: occasionally, on planet earth, men will consider their feelings for a woman before jumping atop them. a classy guy he is, chuck 🙂
I still think that the kissing scene does what Titanic tried to do. The reveal at the end was awesome, as well.
awww, sarah’s so sweet. “if it’s any consolation, i never felt like our time together never felt like work.” and then she goes on to give him a tip about lou’s favorite flowers.
I put this episode on my iPod so that I could watch Chuck and Sarah kiss whenever I feel down. That moment between them….epic. Who cares if Bryce Larkin is in the container? Forget about him.
This is a great episode, so bummed I had to work late tonight. I still got my $5 footlong in honor of CMMs though!
well, chuck was sure pleased with himself the morning after… and poor sarah had to put up with his “this is pathetic, and quite frankly, beneath you, sarah.” she justifiably looks disgusted with him as he tries to make excuses for lou, who was caught meeting with stavros after their date.
I think this is one of the best episodes of season 1. Their first kiss and the little digs they gave each other in the trunk were the highlight of the episode for me.
I tweeted but I’ll say it again- I’d love to see Chuck with a girl like Lou. Adorable and dorky- possibly even a gamer. Sarah is great but just not for him. Give Chuck a woman he can really be with. Now I will hide from the torches and pitchforks.
Loved the Sarah/Lester scene. Yvonne lets her Aussie out when she says “Hey, what about that moovie”. And of course,. their first real kiss. Excellent episode.
Gosh, I LOVE “vs. The Imported Hard Salami!” Some of my favorite and not so favorite moments.
There is the famous kiss at the docks. Of course.
But then there is that fight in the trunk. Something about that scene I just love. Maybe Chuck and Sarah need to fight more because I <3 that scene.
Then of course, there's Bryce. That falls into my not so favorite category.
Oh well!
