Pacific Coast News Online has posted 11 behind the scenes photos from the last Chuck episode being filmed before the Christmas break; 3.12.
There are shots of Zach Levi and Brandon Routh together as well as Zach and his stunt double, and Vik Sahay.
In several of the Zach and Brandon photos you can see Zach hoisting Brandon over his shoulder. Zach can also be seen wearing a wicked looking vest with several knives on it.
I do not know about you but every new picture I see continues to increase my excitement level for Season 3. Something I did not think possible.

Very interesting … I guess I can GUESS now who else will find out about Chuck’s secret I mean Zac said himself “There shall be another on …”.
with these pictures i am assuming the american hero is Shaw. I wonder if he dies, i’m also very excited to see vik sahay on the set, it would be great if he also got introduced into the spy world the comedy factor would just go through the roof

Yes Maybe Shaw is leaving in episode 12, with a big funeral scene.
I’m not sure I would want Lester to know Chuck’s secret, it wouldn’t be a secret for very long.
True that it would not be a secret for very long but the results of Lester knowing Chuck’s secret would be….well….freakin’ hilarious. 🙂

Yeah, her or Morgan. They’d be the two who most deserve to know IMO.
I thought Shaw started in 3.04 and ended with 3.11=8 episodes counting 3.04 as 1—4 thru 12 is 9—JS said Chuck can do everything in S3 except get Sarah—ahhh the angst factor lifts its head—the S3 scenes still look great.
With the way titles are formulated there is no way of knowing for sure who the American Hero is–It could be Chuck, Casey or Shaw or could it?
Perhaps the American hero is aa evildoer that we thought was an American Hero and how will it impact Chuck’s relationship with Sarah? Will we have to go through this episode prior to Chuck and Sarah getting together? If there were
not so many questions it would not be as much fun. I actually am pretty optimistic about S3 and hope we can get an S4 with a marriage. I hope Chuck does not drop Routh or have back problems and it slows down shooting the show. This episode looks good and appears to impact future storylines–cannot wait. I kind of hope Shaw is killed and does not die with “Honor”.
Shaw’s last episode is ep 13 , he isn’t in ep 6 or 10 so that makes 8 episodes.
