Today’s TVGuide.com Mega Buzz teases some geographic (?) changes on the way for Chuck:

Guesses on who the four in question are and which two actually leave?
i think the 4 is chuck ,Sarah, ellie and awesome .. Ellie and awesome leave cuz in the leaked sheet they said that they were packing for Africa .. just guessing
Ellie,awesome,Jeff and lester will all contemplate leaving. In the end jeff and lester will leave to pursue there musical dream as the group (JEFFSTER)
Shaw, Morgan, Ellie and Awesome. Shaw and Morgan will go. Shaw will be gone for good, but Morgan will just move to a different part of LA to be with Anna! We miss you Anna Wu!
Chuck, Sarah, Ellie and Awesome. Chuck and Sarah will go out of the country, probably on a mission but maybe to do something like Prague. Ellie and Awesome may contemplate joining them but eventually opt out.
It could also be Chuck, Sarah, Casey and Shaw. Same thing as above, but Casey and Shaw will stay mainland to go their own separate ways.
I’m assuming that you mean 4 of the regular cast. The ones who will leave will be Ellie and Awesome for Africa and Chuck and Sarah will continue to be based out of Burbank.
Shaw doesn’t count he’s not a regular. And he will leave after being knocked through a window by Awesome and put in a straight jacket cause there is something seriously wrong with that dude.
Jeff and Lester on tour?
Ellie and Awesome on a honeymoon?
Chuck and Sarah on the run?
Casey to rethink his life?
Shaw leaves because a marked man shouldn’t be hanging around the intersect and endangering his life?
Big Mike on a fishing trip? 😉

Ellie and Devon will leave for Africa.
Sarah will contemplate leaving to get out of the CIA to lead a normal life, but will stay to be with Chuck and because she is pregnant with Chucks child.
Casey will contemplate leaving to take care of his child but he will stay because of his friendship with Chuck and Sarah
Shaw will leave because he is not a team player and Sarah dumps his ass.
Morgan will stay to provide leadership for the Buymore and a second chance with Anna.
Jeff and Lester will work days at the Buy more and Rock LA with the Jeffster at night.
The way this sounds, I think the six candidates are all people who actually have ties to Burbank rather than the spies. That means Ellie, Awesome, Big Mike, Morgan, Jeff, and Lester. The four most likely are the two strong pairs: Ellie, Awesome, Jeff, and Lester and they could have easily gotten rid of Big Mike and Morgan from the start of the season but, instead, went out of their way to bring them back to Burbank.
From a story writing perspective, Ellie and Awesome are the logical picks to go, since after meeting his father again, the wedding, moving out, and Awesome’s problems dealing with Chuck’s secret and Ellie’s curiosity to uncover it, they are on a trajectory that has to end with them leaving. What Ellie and Awesome brought to the show early on, giving an uncertain and frightened Chuck a safe home life to fall back on, isn’t something Chuck needs so much now that he better knows who he is and where his life is going.
So I’m guessing that Jeff, Lester, Ellie, and Awesome talk about leaving Burbank and Ellie and Awesome actually do it.
2 who leave are Ellie and Awesome. that was kind of tipped by a leaked call sheet that hit the net about 3 weeks ago.
2 who stay (but contemplate) are Chuck and Sarah. Chuck wanting more assignments and Sarah maybe wanting to leave the spy game or another assignment away from Chuck.
My guess would be…Ellie, Awesome, Jeff and Lester. “Why Jeff and Lester?” you might ask—I think it would be amusing if they contemplated taking Jeffster to the road. I don’t think it’ll happen, but they could still consider it…
Based off TvGuide’s episode description on the March 15th episode, its almost a guarantee to think that Ellie and Awesome are the ones that leave Burbank =/
Wow – I must be living under a rock…
When I read that 4 will contemplate leaving Burbank – I’m guessing that the location of Castle and Secret Identities are compromised – and that Team Bartowski [ including Shaw] aren’t safe anymore…[ The Ring wants Shaw dead -and that only makes everyone near him a target too]
So that would mean – Casey, Shaw, Chuck and Sarah…
Casey and Shaw relocate to another secret base outside Burbank – leaving Chuck at the Buymore – and Sarah at the Yogurt shop.
But everyone else seems to think Ellie and Awesome are bound for Africa –
and the Jeffster World Tour is hitting the road…. not sure what to think?
The ring doesn’t want Shaw as Dead as I do, and throw in Hannah for good measure.
Just an observation. Eventhough it does seem Awsome and Ellie are the obvious choice, I notice the topic “Who is leaving Burbank” does not seem right to me. The only connection they have with Burbank is that Chuck works there. They also shop at the Buy More but that is not a real connection. They have little ties to the city so how could they leave Burbank if they don’t live or work there. I remember they live in Echo Park. For those non-Angeleno that’s next to Dodger Stadium. Go Dodgers!!! I’m just saying.
