Talk about vague spoilers, Mickey at TV Guide’s Mega Buzz has some very eye-of-the-beholder scoop for us today:
Will Sarah and Chuck ever become a real couple on Chuck? — Paloma
MICKEY: Funny you should put it that way. An upcoming episode asks the same question when S&C pretend to be married for a mission — and end up exchanging some real vows. It’s an interesting, slightly distorted echo of that poignant scene earlier in the season when the pair talked about running away together.
What do you think the “real vows” are? Chuck vows to give up mixing booze with Guitar Hero and Sarah vows to tell him her complete name? Or maybe they vow to stop interrupting each other!
Updated 04.15.10: TVGuide.com sent over the video accompanying the scoop, which includes a couple of new glimpses from episode 3.14, although the sound is turned off.
Well, I have no idea.
Still, there’s no way it can be bad, right? So… It’s good news =)
The helpless romantic in me wants the vow to be that they will put the other person first, above the spy life. Probably something new for Sarah.
Obviously the spy part has to continue. It could also set up 3×15.
Maybe they vow to having real, full conversations, form here on!
You beat me to it. This is the one I seriously hope happens. A commitment to talk before drawing conclusions.
Hoo boy…
Buckle your seat belts, boys and girls…one way or another, this is gonna get interesting. ;-D
Chuck vows to swear off cute brunettes.
”I promise to love you, to take care of you, protect you with every core of my being. In sickness and in health, from now till death do us part” yup Somewhere around that line would make what there is of a shipper within me very happy. I’m not a huge shipper in Charadice but I do love the couple in my own way. 🙂
They vow to never argue incecently like the role models in said episode.
It’s probably an agreement on par with what many couples vow amongst themselves short of marriage: to love and support each other, to agree that there is no interest in dating around anymore, that sort of thing. Plus some mutual support in the spy context as well.
A commitment to not take each other for granted. To not allow any misunderstanding, spy life (job), or anyone else (including PLI’s) to come between them.
Hopefully we will also get to see C/S demonstrating more of the little things that committed couples do for each other, not to mention the playfulness that comes from such a relationship.
The network has only allowed the media to screen Honeymooners, not Role Models, so I don’t think it will have anything to do with them.
I think that C&S will enjoy their marriage cover so much that they vow to be just like a married couple for now on without going to the chapel. Almost like the Post-It wedding that Derek and Meredith had on Grey’s Anatomy.
I keep thinking there has to be a reason that Beckman sends the Turners to be role models for them in the next episode. The Turners are a married spy couple, so why would Beckman send them to mentor Chuck and Sarah if they were just “dating?”
Like this “spoiler” says anything we didn’t already know. He read the forums and spoiled us with our own stuff. Real brilliant there Nancy Drew.
wait is this for the honeymooners ? or the role models ?
ummm. real wedding vows maybe. or a vow to not have to ‘pretend’ break up anymore or not to have any more secrets from each other from that moment one? … vows… could be anything. how about not letting morgan walk around the apartment nude? 😛
Vow not to let Morgan walk around the apartment nude? That shouldn’t be a vow… it should be a Federal law. 😉
Vows:
Never play rock band in your underware that way you could never run out on your friends and family.
No more leap Prague
Buy a scale train and station, that way they could run without going anywhere
Play the game fun facts that way you learn how to be a real person again.
Hang with Morgan to be exposed to the simple life.
If the room is knocking your probably hearing foot steps or morgans shoes falling on the floor.
Order Sabarros Pizza vegitarian without black olives for the real (live heartburn) life.
Keep the names Sam and Sarah that way Chuck can be with two women at the same time.
Chuck has to continously give Saran the kisses she is expecting.
Or to be a couple to live a real life together as couple to love and be loved as a real person, not run away from but to, make it simple a real life. But then Sarah would have to dump Chuck so he could be free to have Josh’s baby.
And in other vague spoiler news:
Something happens at the Buy More
Chuck says something to Sarah
Casey grunts at someone
Detective Beckett gets confused and shows up at the Castle (sorry, had to throw that one in) 😉
Real wedding vows? Wouldn’t bet on it. If it turns out that way, I’m ok (squee) with it as long as it’s not on a post-it.
The shipper in me is screaming right now 🙂 Absolutely love this show!!!!
Guess it too late for vows of chasity?
Vows of fidelity might be nice. No more Hannahs, Jills, Lous, Shaws, etc.
