Good call — forgot Casey fit the second to last word as well as Sarah. That makes some sense.
Worried does not fit it is seven letters and the space in Nine

Poor guy will he ever find out that it’s all a bad joke?that’s just the one thing in this season that pains me I don’t want to see Casey get strung along a long like this he needs to know and and maybe that would clear the air.

A quick check on IMDB shows that a character named Justin Sullivan will be introduced in episode 3.15 and appear in 3.16 and 3.17.
The name Justin fits the first clue. It would be Justin is not what he appears.
Not enough characters to be Justin. There are 6 characters and then an ‘N’
Could be that Sullie is not what he appears. “Sullie” is often short for Sullivan.

So, to summarize what we the consensus is so far:

What is it is stephan and reintersected. what if didn’t refer to intersect 2.0 and what chuck gets a new intersect like Intersect 3.0.
Yes, except that I like the “Stephen” and not “Beckman” is not happy that Chuck reintersected. It fits with last year’s story and this year’s reappearance of Papa B. Wonder who Justin is????
I think that Justin is the doctor without borders character that was in a casting call. Mel speculated at the time that it was a PLI for Ellie. Could be that — or a bag guy trying to kill her.
I think that’s good speculation. It also lines up with Papa B being upset Chuck reintersected and the flashback to the day he left Chuck and Ellie. I think it’s going to be something akin to, “Look what you’ve done Chuck, I sacraficed all to get you and Ellie away from this and now you’ve brought it all back….” Ellie getting caught up because of this Justin, who is probably a spy, and Chuck continuing to be in danger, etc.
If this is a PLI for Ellie, then I’m disappointed in the writers. Why can’t they leave well-enough alone. Ellie and Awesome seem to have a pretty good thing going. Real life (albeit spying and intersecting and the like are not real life) does not have to include PLI’s in every moment of every day. The Ellie/Awesome thing has been great because Ellie is a mother hen with Chuck and Awesome does a cool bro-in-law/superman/scared spy routine. Why muck it up with soapish angst. I believe that this show would do better in the ratings if the angst tweeny driven soap plots were checked at the door.
I think your on to something with the spy angle. I mean, Ellie did just win the fellowship for Neurology at USC and all of a sudden is granted a sabbatical without asking for it. Seems someone may want to get Ellie away from Chuck and the spy compound that is Casa De Bartowski. Perhaps a relative who disappeared long ago….who has only been mentions a total of 2 times so far…..the woman that according to Papa B, Ellie so clearly resembles…..her Mother…..I smell a possible Bartowski family reunion ala Alias Season 2 opener…and it fills me with dread.

It makes sense that Stephen (Papa B./Orion) would not be happy that Chuck “reintersected.” He went through alot to get the first Intersect out of his head. He knew how much being Orion was a danger to his family. He made Bryce keep Chuck away from trouble and the CIA at Stanford. And, he knew that Bryce had the second Intersect altered in potentially bad ways.
Also, Ausiello said that Chuck is keeping a secret from Sarah that could cost him his mind. The secret could be that Chuck is having nightmares about killing Shaw, and that’s causing the intersect to go haywire. That could be what lands him in the loony bin.
i totally agree with your idea…i think chuck wont tell sarah about the nightmares and the intersect wont work properly…
As you saw in the promo for Chuck vs the tooth, it`s the intersect overwhelming chuck’s brain, that makes him crazy
but I also think that Chucks secret is that he’s having nightmares about killing shaw, he just does’nt land in the loony bin because of that
