Fancast’s Matt Mitovich has a little bone to throw us today. People are wanting to know more about Casey’s (Adam Baldwin) relationship with his daughter and how that will play out this season.

Adam Baldwin has always been great with the comedy situations in Chuck. He cannot be killed as long as his role is so important to the chemistry in Chuck. Morgan with his daughter has to tie him in knots and as a result we will be tied in knots as well. Chuck without the angst is a great show!!
Maybe, I don’t mind it being funny but what I’m worried about is the drama between them. I don’t want it to get too over dramatic.
Didn’t Mel say something about the Morgan/Alex-relationship being played as comedy, not drama?
Its a part of the show that features Morgan. There is no possibility it would be played with any kind of drama. Plus Morgan + Angry Casey = Comedy Gold.
