Here it is folks!
Our inaugural Audio Episode Review of Episode 4.01: Chuck Vs The Anniversary:
Join Jan, Karen, Joe, and myself as we embark on our first Season 4 Review.
Bear with us as we shakedown the format and streamline the flow as the show as best we can. We aimed a little high here ending up with 90 minutes of audio. It has been cut down to a more listenable 45 minutes but as a result it may seem disjointed at times.
Thanks to my fellow podcasters and hope you all enjoy the premiere of this new feature.
Miss any episodes? You can find them all at CNN – Chuck Nerdposium Netcast, and every time you watch it helps to support us!
Note: my written reviews will continue as well so keep an eye out for those as well.
Nice review some comments about what was discussed.
1. If Canada is a spy free zone What makes Greenland a hot spot for spies ?
2. Since Morgan is in charge of finances for team Chuck/Morgan it appears his priority are world travel first car payment second
3. I agree with what was said about content. Show takes great pride in packing a lot of information in each episode.Always felt the down side was certain points felt rushed, not enough setup time. Maybe a lesson learn is to take story plots you want to discuss and minus 1 from that total
Great podcast guys looking forward to more discussion

Thanks for keeping the written ones – I’m one of the few it seems that have never gotten the hang of podcasts, and therefore misses anything put out in that format.
Enjoyed the CNN conversation all to pieces!!
My husband was a faithful viewer of “The Avengers” as a boy. He spotted the use of the silhouettes in the travel map-Chuck striking martial arts poses and Morgan employing the umbrella as a weapon-which mirror the opening credit of “The Avengers” show. He really liked that throwback.
Lou, waiting for the travel map guy to stop in Canada must’ve been sort of like holding one’s breath and watching to see if the DVD screen saver icon will actually hit the corner.
Great opening episode, Team CHUCK, and good panel too CNN. What a fun season already.
I disagree strongly with your dismay at the re-build of the Buymore, and having it remain as an important element of the show. It grounds the entire premise of Chuck’s persona as a “nerd” and now with it being a CIA/NSA facility, he will no longer have to worry about having to cover up his frequent absences as “installs” to management. It also gives him the freedom to pursue his quest for his mother. In any other type of job he would not be able to move freely within the “spy-world” and a normal life. It will be interesting though, to see how they integrate Jeff, Lester and “Big Mike” back into such a high-tech facility, all the while keeping them clueless as to its real purpose. (Which I assume they are going to do since they are still included in the opening credits.)
