Written by Nicholas Wootton
Directed by Norman Buckley
First time Chuck writer Nicholas Wootton sets up a Chuck episode that aims high but is undercut by execution factors outside his control and the restrictions of the world which the show has set upon itself. He has a solid grasp on the spy material but the world of BuyMore retail ridiculousness was flat.
The spy storyline of a prisoner transfer of characters from Chuck and Sarah’s past is a great idea but is hampered by the need to tie a BuyMore storyline to it. The Cubic Z gives some excellent emotional hooks for Sarah into the main storyline only to have them undercut by placing the burden of carrying those moments on Nicole Ritchie. The episode gives a triumphant return to Big Mike but at the expense of Morgan’s character.
For Sarah, the reappearance of high school nemesis, Heather Chandler, could not come at a worse time. Having a romantic getaway canceled in the midst of relationship strain over commitment issues places Sarah in a vulnerable position. And like the true predator she is, Heather Chandler senses Sarah’s weakness and exploits for pure enjoyment. It is this aspect of the Heather character which works so well and which Nicole Ritchie can carry off with relish.
The return of Steve Austin’s Hugo Panzer clicked on all fronts. He was big, bad, crafty, powerful and engagingly evil. Everything you want in a bad guy. Hugo was plain fun to watch and his fight scenes with Chuck were great, especially the Cage Match. His eventual put down by Big Mike was good – though the Big Mike put down of Leader from Season Two is still Big Mike’s signature take out in my books.

The best character interchanges took place between Sarah and Casey this episode. Who would have thought that the two spies of the show would not only be having personal conversations but good ones at that two seasons ago? Sarah’s pit bull aggression while fighting Casey was hilarious. Chuck, Intersect or no, do not make this female dynamo angry!
For the first time this season, an episode hit the ground running. The pacing of the episode was good even when certain elements were not working such as the whole BuyMore Spy Attack video game launch and the return of Big Mike. I love Big Mike as much as the next person and it was great to see him again. Unfortunately his return was at the expense of Morgan’s character and to an extent Chuck’s. Chuck should have taken down Hugo in the cage. And no way, would Hugo leave the cage without killing Chuck.
Also does this mean the end of Beckman’s onsite presence? If so, that is a most unwelcome reversion.
It was also a welcome sight to actually have Sarah’s conflict over learning that she was no longer the person Heather claimed, to be visibly dramatized. This was done through Heather’s character as well as during the decisive moment on the rooftop battle when Sarah frees Heather to help in the fight instead of giving her up. Unfortunate then that Heather’s last speech to Sarah about Chuck and love and Sarah being able to change came out as an exposition infodump instead of a heartfelt moment.
To balance that though the episode had several terrific action scenes. The brief but violent fight between Greta and Hugo made an impact. Along with the rooftop fight, Chuck’s cage match with Hugo, and Sarah’s feel good putdown of Heather the episode earns top marks on the action front.
Another thing the episode did well was to show that Volkoff has far reaching power. To be able to arrange prisoner transfers and intercept and replace rescue teams keeps his presence in our minds. It also shows he holds a grudge. Heather’s reveal about Operation Beacon and that Frost was never far from Volkoff’s side continues to muddy the waters as to where MamaB’s loyalties lie.
While the closing cliffhanger was not all that much, I did like the notion that even though Chuck and Sarah have agreed to take things slow, the timing of an engagement ring showing up at that very instance plants the seed of thought that Fate may have something else in mind for them as far as a timeline is involved.
We mostly agree this week. I was overall disappointed with this episode. Too many setbacks with Morgan, Beckman and where the hell are Ellie and Awesome? NO WAY would an uproar like that take place in a BuyMore run by the CIA/NSA. Jeffster was idiotic, moreso than usual. I couldn’t care less about Big Mike, although the tazing was funny. Big, big mess this week.
I agree with your review. I feel like the writing this season is below the level we have come to expect in prior years. A couple of points:
– This is the second week where Casey is on the side lines, and his injury may reduce his role next week as well. If S3 taught us anything, the show is more enjoyable when all 3 of them are on screen.
– Involving Morgan in the ‘A’/spy storyline is comedic gold. Why didn’t they integrate him more into that story line. The idea that there is a prison transfer under the Buy More that he doesn’t know about, and isn’t somehow involved in, is hard to believe. Instead the comedy is left to a lame B story line.
– The new Buy More in the past 2 episodes, particularly Beckman’s on-site presence, was a breath of fresh air. Now it is seemingly undone to the detriment of the show. If they want to bring back the Buy More crew they need to tone them down a bit.
– Three episodes in and Chuck’s skill flashes seem to be thrown in as an after thought. The guy is the Intersect for crying out loud. Why not bring that more to the forefront?
A final sticking point is the treatment of the Chuck and Sarah relationship. IMO, the will they/won’t they was detracting from the show and they needed to put the two of them together. Sure the fans wanted them together, but we didn’t want to focus so much of every episode on their relation ship going forward. That is equally distracting from the spy dramedy that we all love. I feel this is a lesson in how not to bring your two leads together and thrive as a show.
I agree about Casey, I was missing him through most of the episode. Poor guy being the Team’s fat kid he deserves better then that. Though I think he may be in more in the next episode since it involves him Alex and Morgan. At least I hope so.
I agree with your relationship point.
Every week it’s “Chuck and Sarah face a relationship problem and they go on a mission”
Not gonna cut it every week.
I agree with everyone on the focus being too much on Chuck and Sarah’s relationship. I’m thinking of shows like Burn Notice and West Wing when couplings that everyone wanted happened and then there were a sprinkling of sexy moments with those leads but not full episodes dedicated to their relationship because that’s not what the show is about. This show is about a spy named Chuck though I wish it was just a little bit still about a regular guy named Chuck who’s accidentally a spy, I definitely don’t want it to be about Relationship problems between spies. I’ve seen the first two episodes of Undercovers and I know for sure that I don’t want to watch a couple bicker while doing some spy stuff.
Also, what’s the deal with Sarah constantly being rewarded for bending to Chuck’s idea of what a relationship is. I’m bout sick of her “recovering” from some fear she had about intimacy by the end of every episode. I have a girlfriend who has intimacy issues from a very similar place as Sarah Walker and, you know what, that shizz does NOT work out in the span of 42 minutes.
I couldn’t disagree more! to me the whole show is about whether Chuck will finally land a gorgeous woman who is completely out of his league. Let the characters fall completely in love. I though episode one was great for the genuine love between Chuck and Sarah. he actually saved her and gained some respect. In episode three she seemed embarrassed of Chuck. Put the two together and be done with it. Give Chuck some respect with Sarah AND Casey. Please
Great review. Yet another episode where something seemed not quite right. I feel some sort of disconnect with the whole thing this season. I don’t know what it is. Bring back Ali Adler! Steve Austin was awesome indeed…Nicole Richie…Needs some more acting classes. What’s funny is she looks like she thinks she’s good at it.
She acted a whole lot better than Brandon Routh. lol
Ouch! LOL I don’t remember thinking he was so bad but may have just been blinded by my annoyance with him interfering in Chuck’s pursuit of Sarah. I just remember him being kinda nerdy and “upright” like Tom Cruise.
Pfft, she wishes she was half at good as him. Brandon has won awards and has gotten great reviews for his acting actually. Don’t let your hate for his character blind you. seriously.
The fight scenes seemed to drag on longer than usual, and there were plenty of them: Sarah/Casey, Sarah/Heather, Hugo/Greta, Hugo/Chuck, plus the rooftop gunfight. It made for an episode with far more violence than we usually see. Couple all that with the melee in the Buy More, and the whole show seemed to be topheavy with pandemonium. This ep had a whole different feel than the others, and I was disappointed. Remember the breezy feel and snappy dialogue of previous seasons? Remember the carefully balanced action/comedy/drama/romance that made this show so unique? Something was missing here. I liked the Sarah/Casey chats. I still like the Sarah/Heather dynamic, and hope to see Heather again. The toothbrush and bathroom groundrules were a cute dose of relationship reality. The agreement to “go super slow” in the relationship doesn’t mean much. No decision taken in this show has a long shelf life. Just recall what Sarah was telling Shaw at the beginning of “Mask” and “Fake Name” and contrast it to what was happening by the end of each episode.
I second all that, Doctor Bob. Especially the sentence “No decision taken in this show has a long shelf life”.
The episode had too much violence. Even the nice talk between Sarah and Casey took place amidst considerable “fury”, as Beckman nicely put. IN this case, however, I thought the violence was needed for them to feel aggressive enough to be able to let their emotional guards down for a bit. But, anyway, I just mentioned it to illustrate how “fight-driven” this episode was.
Where did this writer work before coming to Chuck? Probably in an action show, right?
I also thought the “accidental proposal” was a bit “forced”, a la Joey and Rachel in Friends, which I considered one of the worse scenes in a then already dying show (Friends, not Chuck!!).
I liked Nicole Richie, actually. She can really play a bitchy character.
I agree the best parts of the episode was all of Casey and Sarah. From the sparring fight they had to the heart to heart talk in Castle at the end. I just adore their friend/partnership. Everything else was sadly subpar for me but hey, the worst episode of Chuck is still better then what’s mostly out there so I’m happy and I’m very excited for next week. 😀
This episode was worthwhile if for nothing else than these 3 reasons:
1. Castle HAS a supply closet? I guess spies need highlighters too?
2. Chuck/Sarah + supply closet + sexytime!= hilarious!
3. Chuck using the quotation fingers around “authorized” when talking about what they use the supply closet for.
-Overall though I agreed with this review, I thought it was a decent episode but wasn’t thrilled by the Buy More story line. A couple of honorable mention moments though:
– Time Machine!
– JennySarah
– Hugo’s Sudoku paper mache weapon
– Chuck referencing movies that involve people crawling through air ducts and their usual outcome
Is “time machine” a reference to some movie or tv show? I didn’t get it.
I have to say that I’m fast losing interest in the show. A lot of the drama and comedy just seems too forced and comes off as shallow (except Morgan, who is usually very funny). And there is just too much Chuck and Sarah relationship crap in every episode.
This episode in particular had lots of action, yes, but it just felt poorly executed. It just wasn’t engaging. Nicole’s Ritchie’s part felt forced and too calculated. Dunno, the show isn’t the same to me anymore. Something is missing, and even the actors (especially Levi) look bored. Sorry, I know a lot of you seem to be liking this season, but to me this season just has no identity yet. It feels pretty bland.
Hang in there I’m clinging to the hope that it will find it’s feet in this season. Don’t give up yet.
Other than the losing interest in the show this is pretty much exactly how I feel so far. I’m finding it a lot easier to look away and send Twitter messages about saving the show than actually feeling the need to watch every second this season. Good point about Chuck himself seeming a little disconnected too. Haha.
Long time lurker, first time commenter. I found this episode too frenetic, if they were trying to show the irony of the situation, an important emotional moment between Chuck and Sarah and the often impossible Spy lifestyle, they succeeded. But in that case they should have contrasted that with the calmer Buymore episode. The two plotlines together created a huge frenetic mess. So some of you may disagree with me, I didn’t like it; however, I think we can all agree that Nicole can’t act to save her life.
Hey welcome to the boards. I agree…kinda, this one was a little all over the place and they need to Ali Lader (I think that’s her name) back on board too. It doesn’t have to be just C/S sort through their relationship problems and go on missions together what about Casey and Morgan? aren’t they on the team too?
And the Buy More is also a problem it’s supposed to be run BY SPIES NOW!!! But it seems to have been over run by the BM crew. GB would never have allowed something like that to happen if she was around.
I hope the writers know where they’re going with this season. And I’m getting a little tired of filler I’m ready for some meat to chew on here.
I totally agree Hope. I sense a downward trend. The season premiere was an 8 for me, Suitcase a 7, Cubic Z barely a 6. It had a very contrived and campy feel. Definitely a lot of filler…good way to put it. I did like the admission Sarah made that she isn’t/doesn’t want to be like Heather, but the rest of the ep was very low-cal.
Hope, I think you are referring to Ali Adler. And I’m in total agreement that Schwedak need to get her back. It should be Chuck and Sarah’s next mission to go over to “No Ordinary Family”, tranq Adler, bring her back to Castle and tell her to get writing. Maybe Morgan and Casey could hunt down Scott Rosenbaum and Matt Miller, while we’re at it. Day saved!
Whoops that’s what I meant Alder. Sorry I was racking my brain for her last name but came up dry thanks for setting me straight Doc. 🙂
“The two plotlines together created a huge frenetic mess. So some of you may disagree with me, I didn’t like it; however, I think we can all agree that Nicole can’t act to save her life.”
I agree with all this. Nicole was worked in parts but she was very wooden in the parts were she was supposed to be sympathetic to Sarah. funny enough, Steve Austin was the best villain, and I think he’s an awful actor.
Okay, I have to disagree, I think that it was a very funny episode especially the looks in the closing scene and though it may seem that some elements kind of felt different or not as good, I have to say that the writing is not much worse than some episodes in the previous seasons.
I actually enjoyed Nicole Ritchie’s character in this episode. I had no problem with her acting. Of course, my expectactions were lowered somewhat by last week’s guest stars (the Hulk and the supermodel who clearly can’t act and Balki who wasn’t around long enough to act). Steve Austin was a lot of fun as well.
The Buy More plot was no good, as most seem to agree. They took a step backward with that one. What happened to all the CIA types? This is still suppsed to be a CIA front and not an actual electronics store now, right?
I hope they get their act together with the BuyMore plots and stop the overabundance of unnecessary guest stars. The whole Greta thing isn’t working and I’m thinking they shouldn’t have made a big deal about it at ComicCon. How can I look forward to Summer Glau’s appearance when she’s likely to be onscreen for all of 30 seconds? “Firefly DVDs? Aisle 5.”
I agree with everyone talking about how the buymore got too hectic, if its full of spies im pretty sure that would have ended alot sooner. It was kinda disappointing.
And i agree Casey shouldnt be left out, its not right.
I am liking the new season but this episode felt like it was missing something.
Its good to see Greta getting more scenes, even though its not alot.
I liked this episode more than last week but I agree about the absence of Casey and the Buy More. I don´t know why should Buy More and the two morons /Jeff and Lester) be in every episode. They are annoying and beyond their expiration date. I am glad Chuck and Sarah are together but they shouldn´t focus only on them. What I like about this season is the tighter timeline (last two episodes were only during one day, the next one won´t be more than few weeks – based on Casey´s wheel chair),
And am I the only one who absolutely LOVED the fact that Chuck IS and ACTS as an agent? He actually acted more professional than Sarah this time – was giving orders and even took Casey´s gun and was obviously willing to use it.
All I want are more emotions that were going on last year. But I think it´s too soon to tell. Last season had also slower start 🙂
Lou, we have an accord. This is the first episode this season to hit the ground running; I enjoyed it from the start. I agree with everything you have highlighted here; the good and not so good. I’m not happy about GBecks being back on the monitor even if she is listening in on everything at Castle. Morgan’s regression is unecessary and entirely due to the Buy More reset. It’s funny that I thought I would be okay with the Buy More still being around; I never expected them to get rid of it, but I find the complete reset disappointing. If they are going to rehash the same story every time the store features in an episode it’s time to ditch it.
However, the Buy More is a small niggle in an excellent episode. Another one I can watch anytime and enjoy.
I was enjoying the episode so much it was only on second viewing that You have highlighted all the moments I
Sorry, the last bit was supposed to have been deleted. That’s what happens when you get interrupted when you’re trying to post comments.
What does General Beckman know about running a buy-More? Aparently not much, but I believe this episode was a set up to get Big Mike back into managing the Buy-More. Some have stated that the CIA should have had stopped the riot but without a good leader, even they did not know what to do. But since I do not think Big Mike can fit into the Assistant Manager vest, he will quickly regain the store Manager position. The Chuck and Sarah relationship makes us all a little uneasy. The writers have a knack of striking our nerves with angst. We would all like to see Chuck and Sarah without issues or problems but watching how the writers use the characters history to effect change is refreshing. Some say Sarah has to change the most, but remember Morgan telling Chuck to keep his feelings to himself so not to push Sarah away. Chuck to has to grow to meet Sarah.
The fight scenes were awesome, and yes I missed Casey but when Casey is not around, Chuck steps it up which is good. This is the only show I make sure I am ready to watch before it even starts and is the only show that I am disapointed that there is only fifteen minutes left.
While I did enjoy the action scenes there were almost too many plot holes that seemed too much to accept. The new Castle security system is a mess for a CIA base. What about the build up by General Beckman of all the cool technology in the season opener? What about Morgan being the firewall between the BuyMore and Castle? It appears that he has no special power to give orders to the CIA agents (except for GRETA) and certainly no pull to airlift a truck load of video games to keep order in a place that is so highly sensitive (considering that the button for DefCon is out in the open). I’m really tired of going back to the Jeffster well for laughs when there are plenty to be had elsewhere. Hopefully the show will be clicking on all cylinders before too much more time goes by.
So far the first episode is still by far my favorite, the second was alright but watching it again upped how I felt about it. After watching the last nights episode for the second time giving a 12 hour difference in perspective I can honestly say it wasn’t the greatest so far for me. Steve Austin was awesome as was Nicole Ritchie. Sarah and Chuck did alright, definitely wasn’t a pivotal episode as I thought it would be. Morgans roll was completely hampered by the Buy More being a main story focus. If Big Mike didn’t come back this episode this episode would be 50% fail for me just because of how much the Buy More storyline failed.
I have to say the two return guest characters were probably the best thing about the episode. The ending was god-awful compared to the previous two episodes. It didn’t fit the conversation at all for there to be a momentary, let alone gigantic pause at the end. It was way too cliche and had me looking replaying the shows ending 3 times to see if somehow I missed the final ending. Morgan should have made an appearance at the end like normal Chuck Season would have done getting the ring back. There was no reason for a cliffhanger like that but who knows, maybe it leads to a better episode next week.
Congrats Steve Austin and Nicole Ritchie for saving this episode. 😛
I thought it was an ok episode. I do agree that the whole Buy More mess shouldn’t have occurred. I think something that’s happening is that F&S are trying way too hard to create tension between Chuck and Sarah and keep them together at the same time. This episode had way too much of that and not enough of everything else. I’m also disappointed with the Buy More. Making it a CIA cover with Beckman as the manager was a refreshing thing, but now they’ve gotten away from that and now the Buy More is back to being the store that the show and Chuck have moved past. Some Charah tension and issues, fine. The fans are ok with that. But I hope they don’t make another episode with that as the main thing. It was way overdone in this one. Looking forward to Costa Gravas next Monday.
I think this was one of the worst episodes of the series. Too little humor, too many fights/shoot-outs. The new Greta was pointless — barely used. The video game silliness was boring. And they seem to be making a specific effort to have Chuck and Sarah working together this season without Casey (more of that next week, it seems) and the trio’s interplay and humor is missed.
In fact, I’m baffled by the underutilization of Casey so far. Last season showed how hilariously he & Morgan play off each other, but all they’ve done together so far is to “recruit” Jeff & Lester. While it’s interesting to see Casey’s struggling with the concept of fatherhood, wouldn’t it be more fun to see him struggling awkwardly WITH Alex rather than by avoiding her.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED last season, even with the miscasting of Shaw (hey, my name is SAM — as soon as Sarah revealed her real name last year it confirmed my earlier belief that the show is written just for me), so I knew this season could never quite live up to it — the emotional power & fan’s joy of Morgan finding out (& joining the team), Chuck & Sarah getting together, Chuck dealing with the choices being a spy requires, etc. — but so far even my somewhat lowered expectations haven’t been met. The first two episodes were good, not great, so I hope this one was just a blip, and the quality will improve. After all, as much as I loved last season,. I thought the first two episodes of the season were mediocre, then it took off.
That’ll happen in the next two episodes. Don’t worry about it. Though I can’t lie about this I’m worried about that plot line more then ever. Now that Casey’s wounded and M/A making out…Oh brother. Writers why did you even have to go there?
Oh, and one more thing… I know there are computer glitches everywhere, and nothing is perfect, but the bit with Casey and the talking computer was ridiculous. The new, improved CIA base has such a tempermental piece of vital equipment? I don’t think so. It played like too many other inane sci-fi shows with tempermental talking computers.
I absolutely loved Casey and Sarah talking relationships and kids while fighting! haha “Hold your fury agent Walker!!” Hahah
OK,for me so far so good. I liked this episode. Tension between sarah and chuck is Ok. Gives some opportunities to figure out how their relationship is gonna look like. I agree – more Casey would be good. Engage Morgan into spy work would give o lot of fresh air. Last scene with a falling ring – really good. The scene between Sarah and Casey – greatly performed, shows us some personal sides of main characters. I do not know why most of you do not like old Buy More. For me it is a great comedy-element in the show. The old crew, Jeffster, Big Mike etc. is what I like. From my point of view the show keeps good balance between action/romance/comedy. This episode had all three elements. If it was up to me I would give 8 out of 10 for this episode. I really enjoyed all three episodes of S4.
I 100% agreed with you chris. This episode is awesomed. All 3 episodes of season 4 is very awesomed. Keep it up Chuck…Love tension relationshiop between sarah and chuck. That’s how real life act…..
Thanks Lou – agree completely – and as always – thanks for your most articulate assessment.
I’d like to see TPTB explore the idea that an engagment is a sign of committment to each other
[ A sign of the status of their exclusive relationship]
… not necessarily a green light to sign a mortage,
buy a minivan, and start a family.
I’m not sure what happened with the whole BuyMore situation. Morgan, Jeff, Lester…. the angry mob…? Something felt really off.
I thought all the guest stars were used well in the story. Individual guest performances? – well – lets just say that the guest stars were used well in the story.
I wish TPTB hadn’t made such a big deal about the new Greta character in the preseason…. I think our expectations for this character is way to high.
I think it would have been more interesting – if a new character just showed up each week – Has the same name – similar role – and left us to wonder???
Then we’d be looking for him/her – even in background scenes…. we’d think we were smart of clever when we put the pieces together.
As it is ….. well….
I think the level of conversation and the tone of the dialogue in this EP was great. Overall – It was good… I have a feeling that the pace of the show will start to ramp up over the next 3 or 4 Ep’s.
Am I correct to recall that the 7th Episode is usually something very important?
My opinion from this episode is pretty much in line with the decline of the show since the extraordinary season 2 finale but the fatal one as well that doomed the show.
After watching the first 3 seasons for the 3rd time , I came to the conclusion that the Intersect 2.0 ruined the future of the show…
explanation :What effect did Intersect 2.0 had on John Casey ?
John Casey don’t need to save Chuck anymore and is less involve in the spy world because of it , also he’s far from being the bad ass killer he once was , at the rate they’re toning down the character I’m almost wondering if he’s going to be the nanny for Ellie’s baby (I predict little Stephen) by season’s end…
Sending Chuck to learn the spy craft intersect-free to become half-a-spy who still need saving would have being better IMO.
Morgan in the spy world is another thing that sidelined John Casey from the action part of the show.
The cast is also too imposing and it would have been time to cut Big Mike from the show .
To start season 4 , they should have sent Morgan to “spy school” ,where they could have used the “Greta’s” in a better way , as other students or teachers (Olivia Munn as Morgan’s partner at “seduction school” could have bring funny moments as well as being teached shooting skills by Isaiah Mustafa ).The Buy More could have being in rebuilding-mode for 3-4 episodes with “Castle” already fully operational. They still could have showed Jeff and Lester on the run with funny paranoid stuff.
I’m also missing Sarah in lighter color clothing (missing the Buy More entrance in the Orange Orange uniform ).Black clothing all-the-time is boring.
I think it’s gonna be though to get more viewers when the magic/charm of the first 2 seasons is gone .
This week felt more as a “mission of the week” show than a build-up for a 13 episodes season. I really didn’t like Heather almost becoming a good girl in this episode since she was one of my all-time favorite bad-ass . The ray of sunshine in the episode was Steve Austin with one of the best performance in Chuck history , he stole the show this week.
To finish , the chemistry between Chuck and Sarah was better for me before they got together ,I don’t feel that chemistry anymore, everything between then seems forced and fake to me this season.
As much as I hate to say this but you might be right. It’s like the magic from the show is missing, wither from the old writers leaving or something’s not right with the direction. I don’t know.
I thought TPTB said Morgan’s spy training isn’t going well, well where is it? I don’t see any more spy training going on. And I agree that Morgan in the spy world now is giving Casey less time then ever. 🙁
And yes Casey is not the killer that he was (not that i didn’t like him then) but I’ve been loving the character development he’s had. Yet I want more screen time for him plus giving him more badass stuff to do. And for Heaven’s sake don’t let him become a baby sitter for Mini A that would just be too much for me to handle.
The Buy More should’ve stayed gone it’s served it’s purpose now it seems over kill.
(I may sound cruel when I say this ) but Jeffster maybe should’ve died when the Buy More blew up. They provide nothing to the show anymore.
One more filler (but Coup d’etat sounds like fun) episode before Mama B’s return thank goodness.
And last but not least things just seem awkward between C/S now something feels off.
But those are just my concerns. I still love the show I still love the characters. I’m just hoping the writers know what they’re doing for this season. I want Chuck to go out with a bang not a whimper and I’m holding out hope for as long as it takes.
I actually liked the fact that hugo beat chuck in the cage fight it gave more credibility to the show in making it more realistic in that the intersect gives him skill not superpowers
“The Flea-ridden masses infest my house
Do I Fry A Chance To Die?
No, McFly!
This Game Launch WILL NOT Be Televised!”
“The game didn’t show. SO SHUT UP, AND LET THE POETRY SLAM YOU!!!”
-Jeff And Lester
All I can say is WIN. Does the ending of the show mean that sometime in this season Chuck will propose????
