nice adverts its good to know that the chuck cast are getting out there, its a shame we didn’t get to see yvonne, but its all good i guess. never gonna see these adverts on tv cos i live in the UK so thanks for sharing
That guy in the Yvonne commercial is like the king of commercials. It seems like no matter what show your watching, he will be in at least one of the commercials.
He was on a Disney show for a few years.
The Suite Life with Zach and Cody, that was it. And he played a crazy janitor/inventor.

It’s funny that Yvonne uses an American accent in the PG&E t.v. spot. I immediately recognized it as her voice the first time it came on, even though I wasn’t paying attention to the t.v. But her voice caught my attention. But the fact that the voice-over was in an American accent made me second-guess whether I was just hearing things. Plus, I told a couple people I thought it was her and they called me crazy. 😉 And I would see the commercial all the time and go, “Man I KNOW that’s her and I will never have proof of it!” 😉
The funny thing is, if you listen to her in recent interviews, her Australian accent is much less prominent in her normal speech that it was when she first got here. She even made a joke that her friends in Australia said she sounds weird for the first couple days she is back before she reverts back to a fully Aussie one.

Maybe I’m going crazy but that doesn’t sound like Yvonne at ALL to me. I know it’s her because she said so but…
It’s nice to see Bonita as a comedic actor. She’s hilarious. “Bells and whistles? Not on my watch.”
Great commercials, but is that really Yvonne doing the voice over? She seems to be using a different voice from Sarah Walker, and definitely not her normal voice.
Also, where can I get one of those mediocraty cars. LOL
I think the Walker voice is one she developed for the character, filled with idiosynchratic speech patterns, such as the indeterminate consonant sound she makes at the beginning of sentences that masks the first word but still allows her to be understood (“will you run away with me” sounded more like “myuh run away with me”). Commercial voiceovers require a different tone and level of diction. If you want a Mediocrity car, I’ve got a used one to sell you. I’ve been driving them for years.
Still love Yvonne in the paper commercial … funny as hell and goes well with the show.

Went to the Warner brother studio tour today and quasi who we saw walk out their dressing room……
Yvonne strahovski she said hi and then got on her bike and drove off I was so star struck I didn’t even get to ask for a pic!
