CHUCK’S LATEST MISSION PROVIDES A LINK TO CASEY’S PAST — AND POSSIBLY TO CHUCK’S MOM — ERIC ROBERTS, JOEL DAVID MOORE , DAVE BATISTA AND MEKENNA MELVIN GUEST STAR — When Colonel Casey’s (Adam Baldwin) former team returns looking for him, Chuck (Zachary Levi) must decide what he’s willing to sacrifice in order to find his mom. Elsewhere, Morgan (Joshua Gomez) works up the nerve to reveal a potentially dangerous secret to Casey. Yvonne Strahovski, Sarah Lancaster, Ryan McPartlin, Bonita Friedericy, Vik Sahay and Scott Krinsky also star.

I’m completely there with you! The Casey-centric episodes are ALWAYS my favs! I can’t wait!
A theme over the last two eps has been a re-evaluation of just where everybody stands in each others lives. It’s usually a crisis of some sort that triggers the process. Could this be the trauma that gets Casey thinking again about Kathleen?
I’d like for that to happen Doc, I hope she makes a return this season that would be sweet.
Good observation Dr. Bob all of the past Casey-centric episodes have triggered a crisis in not only Casey’s life but also in the lives of others. Can’t wait to see Morgan spill the beans about he and Alex and the Casey eruption that’s sure to follow.
Not only Casey but Alex may also have something to say about it too…to her (it hurts me to say this) BF.
I just see it! Ausiello says NBC is on the verge of receiving a full-season pickup!! YEAH!
I can’t wait to see what goes down between Morgan and Casey! I think if Alex is there when he tells casey then Casey won’t be that hard on Morgan, but if he goes it alone…he’s in for some MAJOR pain…haha (: Centering the episodes around Casey is also a fun twist in my mind !!!
This episode actually looks really good, action packed and moving forward in the right direction with regards to Mama B.

YES! YES! YES! That is the Chuck show that we all know and LOVE! Great mix of everything that is “Chuck”…..plus it involved everyone (except Big Mike). Is it ok if I call it a ‘mish’ ?
haha I loved Casey’s “forgiveness.” that was a pretty funny episode! I also liked Morgan’s expertise, Chuck’s “hands” & Jeff’s knowledge of the city. XD I don’t want to spoil it for others! Oh, & the scene with Sarah looking down @ the camera/screen was heavenly; that’s what I’d want to wake up to!
This is turning out to be a good season my fav episodes this season so far are the: 2nd, 3rd, & 5th (tonight’s) episodes & in that order.
um next weeks episode looks insane!!!!!! AHHH!!! Um Chuck gets shot?!!?! Ya who else thinks Sarah might FLIP! But yes, tonights episode scored high in my book. Action, Comedy, and just a touch of Romance (which we’ve gotten a heavy doce of lately so a good little break)!
I liked the the fact that they gave Casey some love on this episode, but I have to admit it wasn’t my favorite. Chuck tells Sarah “I Love you” way to many times for one episode and some of their chemistry looks to be wearing off.
Don’t get me wrong I love the show, just started watching it about 3 weeks ago and already own all three seasons on blu ray. Not sure if they are just trying to do too much with so many guest starts, but they seem to be focusing way too much on the comedy, and less on the interaction between characters. I am hoping next week episodes kicks that into high gear when Chuck comes face to Barrel with his mom
LOL! And here most of the complaints about the first few episodes was that there was too much emphasis on the interaction between Chuck and Sarah. You can’t please everyone. 🙂

Am i the only one that got annoyed that the background music was so loud, that you couldn’t understand all the words the actors were saying…… i had to put it on closed-caption so i would know what was going on.
The music levels were fine on my TV.
I thought the same thing about the music volume. Loved the episode! One of my favorites! Just thought the music volume/editing was a bit off. Maybe I’m just trying to keep it down so that I don’t blast my whole house when the kids are already in bed 🙂
I think this may be my favorite episode so far this season–‘CHUCK’ was firing on all cylinders last night with everything that makes the show so unique & special–comedy, action, drama, suspense, and heart! Loved it 🙂
