We’ve seen Yvonne Strahovski stretch her comedic muscles on Chuck in the last year, but who knew she had THIS in her repertoire? In the latest video from College Humor, Yvonne channels pop stars Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Ke$ha in a hilarious mockery of current “love songs” and the shallowness celebrated by a lot of pop music. im 16 and i really like all the artists she parodied and dont get me wrong i love yvonne, i think she’s amazing, but i do think this let her down a little, i dont find any of that vid funny, i think it might have been a little too crude for it to be funny. i felt a lil embarrased for her when i watched it, some people might find it funny but everone’s got to remember that other people might find this offensive. this might do “chuck” more harm than good, people might take this vid the wrong way and i really hope that isnt so, but, we’ll have to wait to find out. Now im not being biased because i like the artists, lol trust me i like a good parody just as much as the next person, i just think it was a little too much. anyway just thought id add my opinion in there, i hope its not taken the wrong way =]
You’re 16, you shouldn’t be watching College Humor anyway. It was a tad crude but it was pretty darn funny and she wasn’t representing Chuck. If people take it the wrong way, people take it the wrong way. You can never make everyone happy. It just won’t happen. I’m glad she’s having fun. What’s wrong with enjoying life, especially since this wasn’t harming anyone?!
kristy–You really think kids do not swarm to College Humor beause they are not supposed to–I would guess you know better than that. I tend to lean toward the opinion of kaylen says. Obviously opinions vary, I appreciated a young person expressing their views. Everyone can agree or disagree–You are correct Yvonne was not officially representing Chuck,however her actions may impact viewership (actually good or bad). Yvonne is a big girl and is responsible for her own actions. I intend to keep watching Chuck even though I have lost considerable respect for Yvonne. Just my opinion-right or wrong but it is my personal opinion. Kaylen says: has a right to her opinon too.
