11:00-12:00 – Obsession: How TV And Movies Go From Fascination To Phenomenon: There are some shows and films that we watch. And there are others that we obsess over. We talk about them at work the next day. We join the fan websites. We wear the t-shirts. But what does it take to turn a series or movie into something special that we can’t live without? This panel, presented by BuddyTV.com, will examine that topic from all points of view: the writers and producers who create the projects, the actors who star in them and the fans who consume them. Panelists include Chase Masterson (“Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,” “Yesterday Was A Lie”), Skyler Samuels (“The Nine Lives Of Chloe King”), Allison Dubois (“Medium”), Mel Lowry (ChuckTV.net, True-BloodTV.net, NiceGirlsTV.com), Karen Bailey (Vice-President of Production, Starz Channel), Zack Stentz (Writer, “Fringe,” “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” “Thor,” “X-Men: First Class”), Amy Berg (Co-Executive Producer, “Eureka”; Supervising Producer, “Leverage” ) and Deric Hughes and Benjamin Raab(Executive Story Editors, “Warehouse 13”). Room 23ABC

According to: http://www.thewb.com/blog/autographticketsystem
It seems like it doesn’t matter if you line up early to get autograph tickets because the draw will be random. So as long as you are there 20 minutes early, you have a chance at getting tickets but nobody is guaranteed to get them. So it doesn’t matter if you are there at 4am or at 8:45.
