Chuck Fashion: Morgan’s Blazer, Casey’s Military Jacket, Sarah’s Purse

Chuck is back in production, which means costume designer Robin Lewis-West is back in her office and answering your fashion questions! We hadn’t planned to take a break this summer, but we’re back now with the scoop on several items you’ve been asking about.

Blueangel was impressed by how nicely Morgan cleaned up for Chuck & Sarah’s rehearsal dinner in “Chuck vs. the Last Details”. In particular, she wondered where that snazzy blazer came from and if it’s still available. Robin reports that it’s by INC, available at Macy’s. Look for a narrow lapel and a bit of sheen, like this one.

ChuckMe2.0 wrote in to ask about Casey’s military-inspired jacket from “Chuck vs. the First Bank of Evil.” He looked so fierce in that ensemble that I did a double-take when Robin revealed that the jacket is from…GAP. As in, you can get it at the mall. Right now the only one available is this moss green version, but it’s perennially in style, so watch your local GAP or shop on line as the fall/winter styles hit shelves. And practice your grunting.

Carmina had a more prosaic question: who makes Sarah’s “every day” purse? I’ll admit, I barely noticed it on screen, but Carmina’s sharp eye turned up a neat bit of character story. Her purse is by Merrell, an outfitter for the outdoorsy, adventure-seeking types. Isn’t that just the kind of place where you’d expect Sarah to shop for her casual attire? Also, I need these boots.
