Adam Baldwin is taking over the SVU team next season. TV Guide reports that Adam will appear in the first three episodes of Law & Order: SVU as the unit’s interim boss, since Dann Florek’s Captain Cragen is out on charges of murdering a prostitute. The team won’t be too pleased to have him running things, but I’m looking forward to watching him butt heads with Mariska Hargitay and Ice T!
Law & Order: SVU kicks off with a two-hour premiere on September 26 on NBC.

Good for Casey. Established show. Solid fan base. NBC likes the show. Captain Cragen (who Adam is replacing) didn’t have much pizazz so I hope they let Adam loose on the set so viewers can see his talents. They ought to let him keep his colonel wings instead of captains bars.
That is awesome! Law & Order used to be one of my favorite shows but I haven’t watched it for a long time. I will watching it for sure when Adam is on.
I watch SVU on occasion but I will definitely be tuning in.
Excellent news for Adam! Now, who is going to give him a big blockbuster movie to star in, please?
