Broadway HD will livestream a performance of the hit Broadway musical She Loves Me to screens around the world on Thursday, June 30 at 8PM Eastern.
The play stars Laura Benanti and our own Zachary Levi as Amalia and Georg, respectively. Both were nominated for Tony Awards for their performances, along with Jane Krakowski who plays a supporting role. The main cast were featured on stage during this month’s Tony Awards ceremony, performing a medley from She Loves Me.
Amalia and Georg are parfumerie clerks who aren’t quite the best of friends. Constantly bumping heads while on the job, the sparring coworkers can’t seem to find common ground. But little do they know the anonymous pen pals they have both been falling for happen to be each other!
