Zachary Levi is making headlines again this week thanks to an animated performance and a new campaign.
First, Disney released a teaser for Tangled: The Series, an animated series set between the events of the original 2010 film and the 2012 short “Tangled Ever After”. The series follows Rapunzel as she “acquaints herself with her parents, her kingdom and the people of Corona.” Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi reprise their roles as the voices of Rapunzel and Eugene/Flynn, respectively.
In other news, Netflix is due to remove Chuck from its streaming service on November 1, once the current license expires. Zac isn’t down with this news.
Hey @Netflix, please don’t take “Chuck” off of your amazing service on November 1st.
Sincerely, Me.#SaveChuckAgain#Please 🙏

Dear @WarnerBrosEnt/ @warnerbrostv,
Please keep “Chuck” on @Netflix. For the country. For the future.
For the children. #SaveChuckAgain— Zachary Levi (@ZacharyLevi) October 5, 2016
So far the campaign appears to be primarily on Twitter, sending messages to Netflix and Warner Bros. with the hashtag #SaveChuckAgain. Some fans are sending gifs of favorite moments, others are Tweeting memories of Chuck’s heyday, and others are simply appealing to the two companies to keep their favorite show streaming.
Will it work? Who knows. I’ve never heard of a campaign like this working before, but then again, we’re Chuck fans. We prevailed when no one else thought we would and got five seasons of a show many thought would end after two. Get out there and Tweet! Do it for Chuck! Do it for Sarah! Do it for Baby Clara!
Who’s Ella?
Do you mean Awesome & Ellie’s baby Clara?
