Up against a shockingly robust finale of The Bachelor (averaging 15.5 million viewers, for some reason), Chuck gained a few viewers in the fast overnights with approximately 6.59 million people tuning in to see some beefcake. Expect those numbers to tick up a bit once final results are reported.
Last week’s fast overnight numbers were 6.47 million which settled in at 6.59 million viewers once final tallies were released. We will probably see this week’s final numbers land around 6.7 million as we speed toward the season finale.

I live dor Mondays to watch Chuck. Unfortumately i was sucked in to warhing thw Bachelor on commerxials and afterwards. I enjoued Chuck far netter and am an extremely dedicated fan. (:
Hey Chuck fans. Something that will help save the show. Even if you’ve already watched on Monday nights, go to the nbc.com web site – to the CHUCK section – and you can “watch” the show again. Advertizers pay to be on the web sites. “Hits” on the web site count to NBC. Advertizers sponsor the invidivudal episodes that you can watch on-line. That all counts, too. Let NBC see that Chuck’s viewers are more than just what the Nielsen ratings count. Visit the NBC site. Watch CHUCK episodes again. What may wind up saving this show is the “extra stuff” – the devoted fan base – the web site activity, the viewing of on line episodes – all the things that add extra $$ to NBC’s coffers from advertising. And in the end, for the networks, money is what counts. Also, sign the petition to SAVE CHUCK at petitionspot.com
Please explain something to me. Websites like TV Guide are all gloom & doom. Then I come here, & ratings are up. Have seen the overnight ratings from this week…not sure what to think.
KathyM, the main difference is that sites like that are looking to stir the pot so they’ll get more people coming over to debate their stance (more traffic = more ad revenue!), whereas we’re looking at the big picture and seeing that, when you look at NBC as a network, Chuck is one of their best performers.
Episode 2-15 Chuck versus the Beefcake – I have read a lot of comments on other websites and they did not leave anything flattering about this episode except for Cole Barker. I was almost of that opinion when I first saw the episode but if you watch it again you will find that it was a great episode. There has been a few episodes like this that a lot of things are going on and if you only watch it once you don’t get how good it really was.
Casey’s one liners were great and we are starting to see Casey actually show that he cares for Chuck. Sarah was wanting to tell Chuck that they would be together but can’t and Chuck did not pick up on the body language. Chuck finally deciding to make some adult decisions and start showing some maturity.
Can’t wait for the next episode, Chuck with a gun and Casey saying we are all dead.
Congrats on another great episode. Keep them coming.
Comment on NBC Website – I am a little bit annoyed with the NBC website. I am a huge fan of the show and just because I live in Canada it won’t let me get all the latest interviews or previews, only the old stuff. Is this a cross border thing and can this be rectified? I am not the only Canadian Fan of the show!
i always watch the show chuck, i thought it’s very entertaining of all the shows on tv. i hope they will continue airing it, i am totally supporting it, huge fan1
What deomogragphic is Chuck aimed at? Is it 13 – 30 single males? Does anyone think that it can last more than a couple of seasons? It seems that many of the fans of Chuck were also fans of old TV show, Xena the Warrior Princess…is this true?
Just-a-wondering?
